Multiple input or uploading of number list for blocked numbers
Why is it useful?
• It will be useful because like many other company we have a long lists of number that need to be input as blocked numbers.
Who would benefit from it?
• It will benefits the admin users as it will ease the process.How should it work :
• The current process : user copy & paste or type each phone/tel number to the input box of blocked calls Tab under Screening, Greeting & Hold Music.• The idea:

When laptop is in sleep mode RingCentral should automatically turn off Accept Queue Calls.

Ability to have tab / screens with different colors to help differentiate
Having the ability to - for example - set colors for the different individual tab/screens on the destop app would provide a distinct visual alert to prevent accidentally sending messages to the wrong person/thread. (ie: accidently sending an external text when you meant to send a team message). If, for example, we could set the messages screen to blue and the text screen to red.

Audio Conferencing | Support user / number identification
Client requests the audio conferencing, the telco conference you have when adding people on the phone as additional participants, to include the phone numbers of the users or the names if phone number known. yt the moment in Jupiter this is not obersevable, you loose the context - refer to the screenshot conference.dIdeally this should behave the same way as within Spartan, see example below spartan conference.

Hide EXTENSION from the Contact List
MESSAGING / TEXT / SMS - When searching for a team member in the Contact list you can either send a message to their Extension or their assigned numbers. It is possible to hide every number EXCEPT the extension.Would like an option to hide the extension so that the contact list is just a list of personal numbers. Sending some messages to the extension, and some to the contact number makes multiple, confusing places for messages to live. Messages that are sent to extensions instead of direct numbers are not tracked in the billing exports for compliance reasons.

Add ability to auto reduce JPG size to conform to 1.5MB file size limit.
RingCentral Phone can automatically reduce file size of a picture and send SMS/MMS.RingCentral Desktop app does not have this funtion. Please add this feature, it is very convenient. We are forced to switch to RingCentral Desktop application due to RC Phone Window App unreliability.

Make SMS Text on Desktop app act like SMS on Mobile app
I think it would be helpful to have the SMS on the desktop app act like the mobile app where the texts from yourself are on the right side and texts from the other person on the left. also having different colors to differentiate your texts or the other person's texts. This makes it easier to read and find messages from yourself or the other person.

Desk Phone Softkey Assignments
It would be nice to be able to program a desk phones softkey features on an individual and group level. Or the ability to access a provisioning server to setup the configurations.

Send email notifications when paging devices' status changes.
We can see the current status by going to "Phones Systems >> Phones & Devices >> Paging Devices". It would be beneficial to receive notifications when the status changes from online to offline or offline to online.

Status visible on task bar
It would be helpful if statuses were visible on the task bar. That way, when the application is minimized on my desk top, I can see that I have myself in available or do not disturb. I continually forget to double check my status is available when coming back from lunch or the bathroom at work.

Please allow pasting image directly into chat without having to create new notes. Just like Microsoft Teams. Creating new notes is obscuring the clarity of the images.

Able to make outbound calls before using other provider with our VMsoftware but now we cant.

Creating new Role for Billing Invoices & device inventory details without purchase option.
For a test purpose I also created a new Billing Role template with only Billing invoices & inventory permissions, but I found that the device ordering is reflected automatically. I tried disabling different tabs but still device ordering was showing in my test account. Appreciate your response on this.Pls find the attached snapshot FYR of my test account with the new Billing role template.

Multiple Caller IDs
Sometimes businesses will provide services for other businesses and need to have the caller id reflect that. It would be ideal to be able to set a unique caller ID for each outbound phone number in use. Perhaps use Phone System > Phone Numbers > All Numbers >Name as the Caller ID. Looks like it is already limited to 15 characters.

Allow On-Premise Exchange version 2013, 2016, and 2019 calendar to be connected to the RingCentral Desktop App.
On-Premise Exchange version 2013, 2016, and 2019 are supported for the RC Scheduler for Outlook but the customers are unable to see their scheduled meetings through the RC Desktop app because the only option available for calendars are Office 365 and Google calendar.

Ability to Park or Hold a conference Call, and leave all other parties connected, and not be on hold.
Party initiating the conference call,may at time need to answer another call, or whatever would cause them to need to leave the call momentarily and be able to return to it. Likewise, If other parties hangup, the conference call would be dropped from hold or park.
