  1. Currently, in ServiceWeb there is no information about customer credits remaining, especially within the Billing section. This typically results in the customer contacting the accounts team, which then raises a billing case to identify the outstanding credits. Customers also receive credit memos that indicate their credit balance, however, this isn't updated in real-time. Some form of a count of 'credits' remaining can incentivize customers to run short POC's to implement new projects without needing to raise separate funds from the business.

  5. It appears that sometimes when switching devices (for example, Windows PC App to my Android Smartphone app, there and back) the "time" for an outgoing call is WILDLY inaccurate. It's not clear if it only shows the time before the first (or second) change in switching the call, but it's cutting off someplace. It would be better if we can view the total duration of the call.

  6. My company using Ring Central messaging all day long, which is great, however it would be really nice if folx could flag a message they're posting in chat to be urgent/important. Ideally, that would make the icon in the tray flash/have a different, bigger notification, or something like that. I know this is a semi-customizable feature in Teams (I think you can set it to send an email or just do the tray notification/flash). This would go a long way for our users adopting the tool who are coming over from MTeams.

  7. Customer wants to setup their Google Drive settings globally for the entire organization in the Attach File option in RingCentral desktop app. Customer can setup the attach file using Google Drive individually but not globally for the entire organization. Thank you.

  8. Like many in the business world, my business partners and I all have iPhones and Apple Watches. It would be very beneficial if Ring Mobil had an Apple Watch app. Currently I do not get any notifications from Ring Central on my watch. This is particularly an issue if my phone is set to silent. I would like to know of important incoming business calls even if I have set my physical phone to silient. My watch can also receive calls. When I am running or at the gym, not having an app makes me have to carry my phone…

  12. When sending new text messages the option to select an outbound SMS number from the main number or the direct number is available. However, when there is a missed call and I opt to click the text option under the missed call it allows me to text the missed call number but no option to change sms outbound number it defaults to the direct line and we would like the option to default it to the company number or have the dropdown option.

  13. It would be very helpful to have a physical button on the desk phone that can forward the call to another desk phone/extension without needing to answer it initially. This can help our customer not having to enable the custom rule on their online account and just be able to transfer the call as quickly as possible.

  15. When we park calls to get information we continue to get other calls and have to refuse them to get back to the dial pad. Is there a way that we can hold or park a call and not get calls?

  16. It's best to put a label to avoid confusion when we need to upload a customize greeting. Instead of just a red dot/button put a label that it says 'upload'.

  19. Super Admin should have the ability to press a button on the Admin Portal to force log out all devices they are signed in. This should also be coordinated with teh Account Validation button. Once enabled, Super Admins should have a way to force log out and require everybody to undergo account validation to assure that only legitimate sign-ins happen account wide.
