Toggle which SMS account I am viewing and sending messages from.
For back story, my company communicates with clients via SMS and our assistant handles most of the commination's but some times I also need to use our main lines number to send/receive SMS. The only option currently is for me to sign into my assistants ring central account. Could we add an option similar to how I can switch which Phone number I am calling from? Allow only calls from inside extensions

Set change timer on status 'do not disturb' back to 'available'
When attending a meeting (live or video) the RC status can be set to 'do not disturb' to avoid incoming calls. After the meeting it is often forgotten to set status back to 'available'. It would be very useful to set a timer to automatic change it back.

spoke to customer issue is related to calls that carries a different area code far from their state some calls are marked as potential spam advised customer that if callers manualy dials their number - and it shows their legit area code, this is normal Customer would like to :gain the capability to filter the calls per number not per area code - admin portal should be able to identify and restrict phone numbers not just blocking

RingCentral App Compatibility with Azure Virtual Desktop
As more companies move to VDI for simplicity, standardization, and security, it would be nice if RingCentral worked across all of them. I've heard there is already SOME support for Citrix and/or AWS, but AVD is rapidly gaining adoption, particularly in the financial sphere. We have tested both the desktop app and the Teams integration, and it seems like they're really close to actually working in the virtual environment. Would be happy to help test and provide feedback if you'd like to develop further for VDI.

CISCO CP Series - Firmware Update 12.0 Above
There are integration systems like Multicast Streams that require software version/MPP version to be updated to 12.0 or above. However, the phone reverts back to the default firmware and does not accept the manual firmware update. Allow phones to have default firmware version 12.0 or above.

Add Shared line on a User Extension's Call Handling.
The customer would like the Shared line to be added on the Call Handling of a User Extension. Once the Main Company number is dialed when a user extension has been selected they want to be able to include the Shared line on the Call Handling of a user extension to ring which is currently not working.
