Please add an option to forward calls in Ring Central Phone based on a monthly calendar view. ...so at a glance of a calendar month you can see which member calls will be forwarded to, and easily change it when needed. For example, see in attached how we have 3 different members (Andres, Dan & Paul) on call throughout the month of July? Please add an option to make forwarding rules based on that. Many thanks!!

  5. I have spent countless hours on hold with Ringcentral's porting team and my cell phone company in Canada from which I am trying to port numbers into Ringcetral. Ringcentral's MVP package looks awesome and I've got it all set up on my end, just waiting for my numbers to be ported. Problem is, even though I've done everything right, and even though my cell phone company has done everything right, attempt after attempt fails. Ringcentral sends the same (poorly written) template email every time, stating that the failure happened because I didn't respond to the authorization text messages fast enough.…

  6. It would be helpful if the mobile app showed what extension picked up what call. Currently, when the same line rings simultaneously and one extension picks it up, it shows up as a missed call on all other extensions. I would like it if the desktop app, mobile app, and even the desktop phone showed who picked up what call instead of how it currently says missed call.

  7. Callers should have the option to be able to route through a IVR and press 0 to then be routed to an call queue. If the agents don't pick up in a certain time then the call gets sent back to the IVR where the caller can then press 0 and be sent back into the call queue.When callers dial a company number, that call is sent to an auto-receptionist, they are then routed through a custom rule to the ring group, if an operator doesn't answer the call within 25 seconds then the call is routed back to auto-receptionist.…

  8. The ability to set a different call recording announcement for internal and external calls.Reasoning here is that internal team members already know that calls are recorded and why. Having the same call recording announcement whenever an internal call is made or when a call is being transferred internally slows things down and becomes frustrating for team members.This is particularly an issue for Redmayne Bentleys traders where time is of the essence when making these calls.

We have identified an issue with the Billing Licenses and Inventory Page of the Admin Portal where the Additional Local Number license quantity does not display Available licenses if they are not directly under the company site or in a different cost centre.This appears to be different to the results we see for other licenses and hardware, where we can view all used and available regardless of the site or cost centre the item is assigned to.As advised by our account team, we would like to request a design change so that the license inventory displays all available licenses in…

  11. You should not have to add a Contact before faxing. Right now, if you fax using a template and only a fax number, then the cover letter show nothing in the TO: line. I want to be able to have a separate "TO:" field and "Fax number" field, so my cover letter is not empty. Sometimes faxes are one time only and having to add a Contact also make the process slower.

  12. There are times when I need to connect with a peer and they are showing in DND Or busy/red. It would be great to have the option to click that would alert me when their status changes to available/green. This would prompt me to reach out at a time that is more convenient and able to chat.

  15. We create users in small batches, 1 to 5 at a time. They're usually all for the same department, and need to be configured with the same template. I think it would be great to have a section in the "Add Users" screen where you could select a template to apply to these users immediately upon creation, instead of having to manually find, select, and apply template to them right after.I think anyone who frequently adds small groups of similar users would agree.   16. Text messages should have an ability to set an away message, similar to that of an email or changing your voicemail greeting, that will automatically respond to newly received messages. Our employees need a way to let their customers know they are not available if they are out of the office and intentionally disconnected. Without this feature we are constantly having to monitors each others phone lines and it is cluttered and in some cases intrusive.

  18. I use RingCentral in a variety of ways. Sometimes I use it for meetings where I use my PC Speakers and Camera and Microphone. Other times I am making pure calls, where I use a typical Bluetooth headset with the PC. Switching back and forth between these settings is awkward. I would like a feature that simply lets me group my desired audio devices together and assign a "Group Name" to them. While we can turn off taking a message, you can't stop one from being forwarded to an extension or (from my understanding) stop texting features of an extension and/or faxing features if someone faxes to the direct dial number of an MVP account. It would be nice to be able to disable messaging all together for a phone so it can't queue messages by accident and not be noticed.
