Please add a way for managers and other non admins that have access to phone recordings or analytics to be able to access them from the desktop app. Right now if a manager or supervisor wants to access any of this system they need to know the URL to access it. Where as an admin can get to this information by clicking on their profile picture and clicking Manage account or Clicking Company Settings then Visit Admin Portal.It would be great if anyone that had access to the recordings could get to them directly from app.

  5. Currently, when creating a new 1:1 or 1:many message through New Action (+), the app does not allow for the inserting of attachments, nor the manipulation of FONT. You must first send a message to the user, then edit that message to add the attachment or adjust the FONT as required. Parody for our messaging options is important.

We have faced some inconsistencies with our call queue priorities in the past, and would like to see if it would be possible for a tool to be put into place to give a visualization to the actual placements and priorities of the staff in a rotating call queue; while notating the idle time or current status would be nice, simply seeing where staff are in relation would greatly assist in our reading of statistics and be able to deduce details without requiring direct support.

  13. When making an outbound call the caller have the chance to interact with the calling number and an announcement will play that the call is being recorded. In this way, the calling number won't assume they are receiving a spam call.

  14. I would love to be able to sync Intuit Quickbooks contacts so that when one of my customers calls/texts their name shows up on caller ID and I could maybe even see their info from Quickbooks.

  17. Why is a holiday/night "button" not available in the RingCentral universe? This has been a feature of traditional PBXs for DECADES. There needs to be a way that Holiday/Office Closed greeting and menus are simply activated, and a selection of several menus should be available. Not all businesses have regular hours, and circumstances sometimes dictate that the office is closed. Snowstorm? Fire across the street? My client's 20+ year old Toshiba PBX had a simple way to do this. Last person out would activate it OR it could be activated remotely through the voice menus.

  19. We are coming over from Mitel and were hoping for some feature parity between our old system and our new system. There was one feature in particular that was very useful called Monitor Extensions. There is something similar with Presence keys on RingCentral. But on Mitel there were a lot of different configuration options so that users who monitor other users calls could either set the monitor key to ring or not ring. And this was configured for each line so there was more control over what would cause the user who was monitoring other user’s calls would actually ring…
