  1. When a call drops, I have no idea because there is no chime to let me know. Also when the other party hangs up, I would like to know that the call has ended. This feature exists in competing products (for example Microsoft Teams). Thank you.

  2. I want to be able to disable internal calling for some users. We do not allow our agent to make internal calls through ringcentral but do allow messaging under certain teams.

  6. Currently - our users follow the below workflow for signing into RingCentral Glip:

    1 - User signs into IDP
    2 - User navigates to: https://app.ringcentral.com
    3 - User selects "Sign in"
    4 - User selects "Single Sign-on"
    5 - User enters company email
    6 - RingCentral grabs user identity from IDP & signs them into app

    Ideally, I would like to skip steps 3-5 (i.e. pass the user's email as a parameter in a login request, or hit a custom tenant url which performs an automatic metadata lookup)

  7. We have an IVR menu for after hours and find that many callers will not use the IVR and will hang up during the IVR messages. We would like to have missed call notifications so we can be proactive and call back those missed calls.

  8. As a super admin we should have access to all users passwords without having to change their password or pin! As owners of the business and phone account we shouldn't have to go through this to protect ourselves from suspicious activity from employees! You are putting us at risk without this ability! I call technical support and all they tell me is to change the pin or password but even if I do that the person assigned to that extension gets an automatic email and voicemail from Ringcentral that their setting has been changed or modified! That sucks.

  11. This is a suggested change to the "Delete Additional Local Numbers" area in the Admin Portal. Please see the attached screenshot. Is it possible for the row that has the “Can be Deleted” to be in a different color, something like light pink, so that we can find it quicker from a visual standpoint?

  14. On a desk phone, it is possible to change the settings to see what number was called if a user has multiple extensions forwarded to them. There seems to be no such feature on the mobile app. It would be quite useful if that feature can be implemented.

  15. All users should be able to see text messages and voicemails and not just the assigned "operator". With several users it's difficult if only one person can see voicemails and texts, especially in a busy office so it would nice if other users could be assigned that capability at one time.

  17. I would like to add an feature to your SMS texting feature. I would like to send out a SMS text to remind an employee that they have to work on Wed, and today is Monday. We are a scheduling company that has 100+ employees and always are dealing with employees calling out sick. We would like to remind them at a later date to go to work.   20. In New RC, it appears there is not a way to duplicate / copy a team. This feature is widely and heavily used within our org. We have a template team with members and tasks for each project, and this team is duplicated every time a new project lands. This is used a significant number of times a day/week, and incredibly critical to our org. needs.Without this feature, the RC app is very useless to us in terms of internal project and time management.
