  1. In a comparable product line, there is an option to register (prove ownership of) a URL, and then all email addresses with that URL are locked to our account only. What is happening is employees are creating their own free accounts outside of our account, and then they have to adjust or delete the email address for us to apply the correct email in our account.   4. It will be much easier if we have option to add multiple email recipient for a Shared Extension to receive the code for 2 Way factor Authentication if one of the recipient is not available and for others to access the account.

  5. The widget order of appearance is currently divided by when they are added. Adding a new on to the top of thd list requires the user to start over with a clean slate. Dragging the widgets up/down the screen would be ideal

  8. ...r, Green for RC direct number) This would visually allow users to see what number a caller is calling without having to see the phone number called.. When users have more than one phone number they are associated with, giving the option to select different colours when a caller phones into different phonen numbers would be beneficial.

  9. ...egrated telephony.. The Call waiting audio alert currently only works when the existing call is answered from the RingCentral app. However, there are clients who use integrated apps such as Salesforce which has a RingCentral dialer built-in which would benefit from this setting.

  12. It would be useful to preview what user settings a selected template would change before it is applied. Even just a 'the following settings are impacted by the template' on the apply template confirmation pop-up would be helpful. This would help confirm exactly what admins should expect of a given action.

  19. A feature that guaranteed to use a RC International Thailand Number as an outbound caller ID to make an out bound calls to Local Thailand Numbers. Currently it keeps changing Random outbound caller ID keeps changing like +69711915668971 / (+6971191600869) It works with US /Singapore/ AU numbers but not within Thailand Local calls.
