  1. our employees do not answer a phone and it goes as missed call. They want to erase their track so that we don't know if they are answering all phone call so they delete the missed phone log or any other call that they feel its to their benefit. We want to have an option to block deleting phone call logs

  4. Current IVR menus allow 0-9 button to be programmed to send to Voicemail of specified extension. It would be nice for the caller to have the ability to hit the programmed number and transferred to voicemail as an alternative option to waiting. This would allow us to lengthen maximum call time in the group for those who prefer to wait for someone.

  5. The request is to create a Session Timer for the RingCentral App that is separate from the Service Web Session Timer. Admin teams need to be able to automatically log a user out of the RC App after a fixed amount of inactive time The Session Timer only works for Service Web and not the RingCentral App.

  7. When I create custom call handling rules for Holiday, department meetings, down days etc, it would be great if they could be copied, imported/exported. It is a pain to create 15 renditions of the same rule

  10. Please provide the ability to record more than one VM greeting, ex. Standard, Out-of-Office, and Extended Absence Greetings and then the option to select each as needed. Currently, I set a Standard VM greeting but when I am out-of-the-office, I have to record a different greeting which overwrites my Standard, and then I have to re-record that when I'm back in the office, and the cycle continues. This request benefits anyone who uses Voicemail.

  12. In addition (or maybe instead of?) the standard pre-built status messages, it would be helpful to have some of your previous status messages as well. For instance, we're often indicating where we are...at the office, working from home, etc. It would be really convenient if you could just toggle back to a previous status, without having to type it all over again. Having your own custom list of status messages is arguably more useful than the generic messages.

  15. One of our users need to use their number for verification with Venmo. When they enter their number Venmo returns an error message stating that it is not a mobile number.There are several FR's submitted https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/ENTCOM-I-53 and based on the update, it was implemented but it seems to be not working still.Please check as customer needs this ASAP.

I am the primary administrator for our company phone system that includes approximately 2,500 employees, each with a unique phone number.Managing Caller IDs is laborious because each employee has 9 or more values that have to be updated (Phone, RingOut from Web, RingMe, Call Flip, Fax Number, Mobile App, Additional Desktop App, Common Phone, and Alternate Call ID). I understand that different companies and types of companies have legitimate needs to have unique values for each type, BUT, it would be really nice if you could add some kind of "Update All" or "Apply to All" button that would push…

  18. To receive messaging, the app needs to run, but it does not need to run in the foreground upon computer login. Please add a setting option to be able to start the program in the tray area. MS Teams has this option and it is very useful.
