  1. New Admins to RingCentral may not understand where to go to update a user's Security Questions. Currently, to update a user's Security Question, they must click on the "Change" button, which is only labeled "Change Password and PIN." The request is to update the label to say "Change Password, Pin, and user's Security Question."

  4. For Customer that use RingCentral Call Recording, there is no visibility on how many recorded calls they have against their 100,000 recorded call limit.
    The request is to provide something in Service Web that shows the Admin exactly how many recorded calls there are in the system at any point in time. This should also include added detail on where those recordings exist and the age.

  5. HiPlease can we add the ability to hide the Hide Main Company Number. This number is not used within the organisation and causes a great deal of confusion for our users when this number is inadvertently selected.We need to keep the ability to change outbound identity - and it seems strange that RC do not allow us to hide what appears to be a legacy feature.Thanks for your consideration.

When specifying a specific extension as the recipient of voicemail in both call queues and for users, have the option of using the greeting of the other user/queue instead of requiring a greeting at both extensions.Example: Incoming call to a queue ringing extensions 101 and 102, but VMs set to go to 101. VM is sent to 101 but the caller will hear the greeting of the queue. We want to hear 101's greeting instead.

  10. Need a simple fast way to alphabetize Presense. With 40 or so employees coming and leaving at any given time it would b nice to be able to easily alphabetize the list. Not a big deal with 4 o 5 but when there are nearly 40 it doesn't make sense to have to delete and add back in the names all the time to get alphabetized.

  12. This would be useful as it will allow our sales team to immediatly recognise the people calling them. Effectively in a similar way to how you can add users on the service web but instead allow a csv of client names and numbers to be added to the ring central app to allow easy updating of client names within the app.

By default, the "Send Group Text" option is selected and you have to turn it off so that you don't send a group text.Please add ability to change the setting so that "Send Group Text" is NOT selected by default.Yesterday I accidentally sent out a group text when I didn’t mean to, because that checkbox was checked automatically and I forgot to uncheck it. I don’t like that, since I never send group texts and don't want to have to remember to turn the setting off.Thanks

Whether for Tasks or Teams, RingCentral Classic was the backbone of our company communication, but the new app is terrible.In RC Classic, far fewer clicks were required to get from one place to another (there are now two left columns in the new RingCentral app), tasks made better use of screen real estate (further explained below), and tasks could be more easily sorted, categorized, and viewed.   19. Sometimes a meeting goes long, and even though everyone is still in a RingCentral Video meeting, they will turn green signifying to the rest of the company they are done. It would be awesome if the meeting owner or someone could extend the meeting from within RingCentral, or if RingCentral checked if participants are still in a RingCentral Video call before switching back to "Available".
