  3. ...r, Green for RC direct number) This would visually allow users to see what number a caller is calling without having to see the phone number called.. When users have more than one phone number they are associated with, giving the option to select different colours when a caller phones into different phonen numbers would be beneficial.

  4. ...egrated telephony.. The Call waiting audio alert currently only works when the existing call is answered from the RingCentral app. However, there are clients who use integrated apps such as Salesforce which has a RingCentral dialer built-in which would benefit from this setting.

  7. It would be useful to preview what user settings a selected template would change before it is applied. Even just a 'the following settings are impacted by the template' on the apply template confirmation pop-up would be helpful. This would help confirm exactly what admins should expect of a given action.

  12. If you are marketing your services to a corporate environment, why would not include speed dials to the online versions of the product. I think the addition of user programmable user hotkey/ speed dial settings would be easy to implement and a great feature.Shift + Alt + 1 = Speed Dial 1 Shift + Alt +2 = Speed Dial 2...........Shift + Alt + 0 = Speed Dial 10 (or VM)But absolutely let the users have more control over the actual hotkey configuration that works for them.Thanks!

  15. A feature that guaranteed to use a RC International Thailand Number as an outbound caller ID to make an out bound calls to Local Thailand Numbers. Currently it keeps changing Random outbound caller ID keeps changing like +69711915668971 / (+6971191600869) It works with US /Singapore/ AU numbers but not within Thailand Local calls.

Our users would like the ability to use the dial-by-name feature from inside of the voicemail menu when they select 5 to forward a voicemail to another user.Users listen to a voicemail and realize that they need to forward it to another user, but they have to remember the user's extension, instead of being able to find the extension using dial-by-name.
