  1. We desperately need the ability to have multiple queues and as a call makes it way through those queues that the queues the call had passed continues to ring as it adds the second queue then the third queue. I assume this isnt an option based on conversation and research.

I am seeing charges on my bill for calls that are apparently outside of my dial plan (Domestic and International) but there is nothing within the Portal to tell me which prefixes are and are not included. Please update the Admin Portal to show which prefixes and included (and thus also excluded) from my calling plan. I appreciate there are limitations on Global MVP if we exceed the bundle minutes, but we will be able to see this in the data - at present we do not have any means to see which numbers our user can call which are…

  3. Ability to allow administrators to enable/disable domestic calling for limited extension seats. This has come up a lot recently where prospects just want common area phones to dial internal extensions only.

  4. Hi RingCentral,With the RC Admin portal we can see the status of the phones.But it seems that this only works for SIP devices (RC Phone and Sip phones), but not for the RC APP.Can you also the RC APP to this overview?

  5. I have users that report that when they are already in a meeting or call, the RC app will still pop up a reminder that they need to join the meeting - which they are already in. RC should already know they are in a meeting.

  7. Avaya has a Crisis Mode in their existing on premise system that allows a Receptionist to see which extension dialed 911 within their organization. Would it be possible for RingCentral to enable this feature as well, please and thanks?

  9. -Supported so far are only list of pure email mail addresses separated with ';'.-For simple creation it should be possible to create lists in a format
    supported by
    email-systems like Outlook (including display names + spaces + <email>) , too.

  10. AMA Group will have 50+ queues in their account and agents will be part of multiple queues. When the queue members dial out from the RC App, they need an easy way to select the Caller ID of the queue. Current method relies on queue members remembering which number they want to select from the list of company numbers and 50+ queues. It would be way more efficient if each number had a name associated with it to easily locate the required number

  11. Allow us IT admins to filter our users by those who don't have the department set. This allows us to better manage new user setups who may not be allocated to a team at setup stage, but allows us to easily see who needs adding to a department still. The filter box needs an unassigned option.

  12. It would be really helpful if a notification popped up when an interoffice message is sent. (For example, in Microsoft Teams). When we receive a phone call the dial box pops up so we know to answer the phone. Right now, if someone sends a message, the only way we're notified is every 15 min or an hour via email unless you have the desktop app open.

  13. I have been asked if there is a way to access past fax, message and call history for employees and ex-employees, several times. Looking through RC, I am finding that this option is not available. Adding this as a function in the admin console of RC would be an amazing help. RC is all about communication. Document management is also a piece of the communication puzzle, just more of the administration side.

Currently you are able to create an Audio only bridge by going to the web to get your Audio only bridge details: https://support.ringcentral.com/article/Conference-calling-from-your-online-account.html As we encourage our staff to mostly use the UC RingCentral app, it would be ideal for them to also be able to setup a Audio Call Bridge from the UC app as well instead of having to open their Online account to get their Audio bridge details each time. Audio only is useful for less technical users who do not want to click on the link to use either the RingCentral Video app or web versions.

My company recently joined Ringcentral and many users wanted the ability to only see their dial pad without the extra things in the desktop app.I noticed that once you enable the HUD in the desktop app, HUD is able to undock from the main app as well as the 2 sub sections (Extensions and Park Locations) are each able to undock from the main window. You are allowed to close the main window while keeping those undocked windows open. Would it be possible to adopt this undock/dock feature to more sections of the app? My agents would love to be…

  16. In the previous version of Glip/RingCentral App, when you would view all of the tasks, it would organize them by the due time (if there was a due time) and show the due time clearly. This does not happen in the new app. It's caused lots of late appointments for us :(

Currently when users login to any RingCentral app (desktop, mobile, web) they are prompted for their email address or phone number first which triggers the manual password signin process only and to sign in with Single Sign-on (SSO) users have to click the "Single Sign-on" button first before they enter their email address and continue to be redirected to the company SSO provider.   18. Allow users to enable a colorblind feature that makes presence indicators change to shapes (X, checkmark, -) for "Do not disturb", "Available", and "In a a call". A significant portion of the population cannot distinguish between the green and red dots currently being used to represent presence in the application.

  19. Ringcentral would provide a dedicated email address tied to the account. When emails are sent to this address, they are converted to sms messages sent to the number associated with the account. This is useful for IOT devices where foreign equipment can send email alerts only. These email alerts would then be received by RingCentral and converted into SMS messages.

  20. We have a few Limited Extensions that we would like to deny outside dialing on, but have no way to restrict them to dialing just in-house extensions. It would be great if we could assign a custom role to Limited Extensions.
