  1. For financial companies, this is an important security enhancement. You can apply a template to turn these features off today, but users are able to turn them back on. If you restrict access to these features, it also restricts users access to basic end user voice mail features.

Hello RC, thanks for offering this platform.I would like to suggest a 'threshold' for the voicemail-to-email fowarding feature, so that short messages with no actual voicemail are not fowarded.We receive emails when callers do not leave a voicemail (for example, they record for 1 to 3 seconds).It would be nice if the forwarding ignored, or had the option to ignore, voicemails that are clearly too short to contain a message.Thanks for the consideration!

  4. Some users never setup e-mail or look at txt messages the admins should have the option to be able to clean up these messages. would be also nice to have a sort options to list whom has the most saved or not viewed messages to see what clean up might be needed

  5. I would like to see the Calendar removed from Workspace area and available as a direct menu option on the left within the desktop app. There is plenty of room for added menu items on the left and this would benefit people that use the calendar frequently. thanks

  8. Currently, robocall blocking must be enabled one at a time for user extensions. It would be easier if this setting (and trusted numbers) could be applied through a user template to many users.

  9. Include options to what happens an invalid key press is used in the IVR menus. Currently, the RingCentral system will attempt to route the user to the closest extension which is often an announcement only extension. If an IVR menu only has 1,2,3 key press options but the dialler presses 4 this should play a message to say that this is an invalid entry not route off somewhere unexpectedly.

  10. Right now, when we answer a queue call, our presence doesn't change and looks like we're available. It's important to show when we're on a call weather it be a Queue Call or not.

  12. there are times the alert will appear multiple times a day when pressing the dial pad causing it to appear multiple times annoying the user specially if they are supposed to make Outbound Calls Multiple times a day

  18. I would like to see the Time Zone for the out-bound call I am making. The person is not in my contacts. Please consider implementing a Time Zone feature that includes the Time Zone (with Time) popping up on the dialer, for the prefix or area code entered before entering the rest of the phone number. This would really be a big assist to our company. Thank you in advance.

  20. Sometimes our clients need translator services. We would like the ability to transfer our client and their translator (who's on a different line) to an extension. Currently, if we attempt this it disconnects both lines.
