Disable 7 digit/10 digit auto link as a phone number in Unified App
My customer uses a 7 digit ticketing number system for their IT department helpdesk and when Ticket numbers are being sent via Message in our Unified app, the ticket numbers are getting converted to Phone number call hyperlinks. This is an issue as they want to prevent our app from converting 7 digits to launch a phone call as they want to be able to highlight and copy the number to search in their internal ticket system data base. Can we make it an option to turn off 7 digit auto link to phone numbers or disable all together?

Call forwarding to the RingCentral Mobile App when direct user extension was dialed.
Forward the call to another user when direct number of user was dialed. Currently it is working on call queue calls not on direct extension calling.

Stop getting a call once a user receives a call from call queue and transitioned to video call.
We suggest to have an option that prevents a user from getting another call once he received a call from call queue and transitioned the call to a video call.

Admin can change other users' presence status and presence message
If a user doesn't show up for work (calls out sick, for example), their Available/Busy status cannot be updated by anyone else, so all other users see their presence as whatever their last status was, and they think that the user is at their desk when they are not there. It would be helpful if an Admin user could change other users' Available/Busy status, and the presence message, so that all other users would know the true status of the user.

Inbound Group SMS Text
Clinics as well as other verticles are requesting more inbound texting capabilities to Groups of users. We have done a few work arounds using the Company SMS Text Setting to a Virtual Extenson with a common login for all users, This requires them to run either two RC Apps at the same time or use the RC App as their primary end-point and then use WebRTC as an example for their secondary External Inbound/Outbound Group Texting. In this case, the clinic uses texting for patient scheduling. This is replacing OhMD for this particlular clinic.

Add feature of knowing IP ADDRESS OF CALLER TO BLOCK SPAM CALLS
We are getting spam calls ....we can block their IP and stop spam calls on RC or on google adwords account that will really help.

Forward voicemail messages to different extension using the App
Some voicemail messages are routed only to the operator extension and these VMs are left specifically to an extension

Option for advance or pre-pay
RingCentral accounts are either charged monthly thru the credit card or invoice. Some contract allows for an annual or 2 years charge but nothing beyond or in between. Some people would just like to pay in advance less or more than the options available today.Example: pay 6 months or 18 months in advance after the next billing date.Would be better if RingCentral is flexible with the payment terms.

Recurring Tasks
When creating a task, there is an option to make the task reoccuring, but it is very limited. If you want the task to reoccur on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, you can do that. You can set the reoccurance schedule to monthly, but it will only go by the date. Outlook reoccuring dates have more options. It would be great to see that in the RC Task feature.

Upload a video to texts (currently limited by size allowed in upload of MB)
For our business we would like to be able to text videos like we do from our non-Ring Central lines. Currently the MB limit is keeping our business team from executing this function.

Text confirmation for 2FA/MFA - Multifactor Authentication
Due to high pfishing and maliscious attacks with email, we would like to be able to receive MFA authentication via SMA/Text messaging like other major apps. It is much faster, and easier to accomodate if you are already on a phone call, or dont have access to email at the moment. For desktop and Chrome app please. Or Mobile if applies.

Delete your account with Ringcentral, it's more worth investing into your current cellular plan.
The customer service quality is awful and a waste of the customer's time. I'm not sure if it's a lack of training, the representatives are not trained enough on how the platform works or have hard time understand language. It could be a language barrier. Either way, it makes the situation hard in attempt to solve the problem because being on the phone is hard enough. It sounds like they outsource their customer service to other countries without the proper training to provide them, Either way, it is frustrating attempting to get a hold of Ringcentral. New incoming message generate a toast banner notification on Mac w/ manual dismiss
I would love it if I could receive toast banner notifications alerting me to new incoming message(s) (eg. direct, minitalk, or messages posted to a team). Currently it appears I can only get sound notifications, emails that show up at a 15 minute increment or a getting the Icon to bounce. I currently have my icon set to bounce once. Often times I miss that clue if I turn my head away too long from my screen. Add an option to block one specific number for the entire company.
right now, you can only block a number to a specific employee extension/number. I would like a feature to do a company wide block of a specific incoming number. Going employee by employee takes too much time. Also, there is no way to block a caller from the main company number.

Local Area Code Reflected on Caller ID
When you call a specific area code the caller id that will reflect will show the area code of the location
