Allow assigning different extensions to the same number.
In my situation I use a desk phone in the office and the ring central app on my cell phone when out of the office. I don't like for both of them to ring simultaneously. It would be useful to be able to assign a specific extension to the desk phone, and separate extensions to the desktop app, and cell phone app that way we can transfer calls to the particular device we want without having to ring all or waiting for it to ring at each device.

Share status permissions
The Share status button should not be tied to Message Tab Shown in Main Navigation permission. Instant messaging and your availability are not the same thing.

Send unknown callers to voicemail
It would be extremely helpful to send incoming calls that do not have a phone number, or any callers not listed in company or personal contacts, to be sent directly to voicemail. That way we do not get bothered by spam calls, but if call is legit, we get a notice.

Be able to link calendars across multiple platforms
Via both the mobile app and the desktop app, the calendar should be able to sync to multiple platforms (Apple, Microsoft, Google). I use Microsoft Outlook for work, gmail for personal emails, and have an iPhone - the ring central apps should be able to connect to all of these to check calendars for availability.

Change default forwarding method to optional on Yealink phones
Currently, when using Yealink phones there are two completely different methods of transferring depending on whether you would like to warm or cold transfer. By adding the line:transfer.dsskeydealtype=4to the RingCentral Yealink provisioning server, phones will have an additional popup after trying to transfer a call asking if it will be direct or consult.

Carrier lookup app
A carrier lookup bot that displays it on each number for proper fraud verification. I do alot of anti-fraud work and require some as such. I'm sure there's others with the same ambition's to stop scammers. But this feature would be good.

Request for ability to add a user extension to its own Presence settings
Many enterprise customers have multiple businesses with a Reception as first point of contact for their customers. In such cases, a call queue with a pick up group is configured, to allow agents (receptionists) to put their current call on hold and pick up another call queue call. However, this does not work when only one agent is present/ active in the queue. A single agent can be added to the pick up group, however they also need to configure Presence in their extension . Too many clicks just to edit a contact on RingCentral App
I suggest adding an edit button (pencil icon) beside the contact name to edit the information easily. I have to open the contact name to get the edit button. This will save time, especially if I need to edit multiple contacts.

Ability for Admin to add profile pics
I would like to have the ability as Admin to upload user profile pics which would populate across our phone system. Right now I can log in to the IP address of my phone and upload pics to the local directory, but that only displays them on my phone.

Incoming call on iOS should ring/open RC app not native iOS phone app
When the iphone is on the lockscreen and an incoming RC call comes in, the call is incorrectly routed through the iOS native phone app and thus is answered in the native phone app. Proper behavior should be for the call to be routed to the RC app and thus answered within the RC app.The proper behavior does occur when the phone is unlocked, so this issue is limited to only when the iPhone is locked when the call comes in.

Turn Off Extension Dialing Options
RingCentral Users with consecutive extensions (ie 117, 133) are receiving inbound calls from individuals calling a Call Queue of which they are not part of. If the inbound caller presses a phone tree option multiple times, the call is routed to the RC Users extension rather than the phone tree option. Is there a way to turn off extension dialing since we do not use extensions and would prefer the Inbound Caller remain in the respected Call Queue?

Do Not Call list for RingEX
Request is for a Do Not Call list to be applied for outbound calls on RingEX. An administrator should be able to create a list of numbers that are not allowed to be dialed outbound from any endpoint in the instance. This would be very helpful for recruiting firms.

Park/Assigned Lines on Cordless Phones
We would like to have the ability to access private park lines from a cordless phone (eg, Yealkink W360). The phone iself has a "park" feature built in and also has ability to assign multiple lines, but I'm not able to make these work with our assigned park lines so that they can be accessed easily by the user from the cordless phone interface.

Additional routing options with # or *, such as dial by name directory
Customers considering a migration from an on-premise environment are accustomed to certain functionalities. One example that is an option is additional routing options from the # or * key press within a menu. A popular and important function to replicate would be to allow these # or * key presses to link to the dial-by-name directory. A migration could more easily be considered by these orgs if they could replicate that ability on their RingCentral solution.

Universal Call ID for calls between RingEX and RCCC (and vice versa)
Many of our customers now use both RingEX and RCCC and would like to be able to have a single pane of glass to analyze calls that traverse both RingEX and RCCC. The issue is that there is no common/unique identifier that is passed back and forth between RCO and RCCC that would allow for the marrying of an RCO call to RCCC session. The request is to create a unique call ID that is shared back and forth between RCO and RCCC that can tie calls together to allow for further analysis.

Selecting multiple call queues
In user settings / group memberships , it would be a good option to be able to select mutiple call queues at the same time when you want to remove the user from them .

Personal Attendant for inbound calls
If an inbound call is not answered, we should be able to have the option to either leave voicemail or to choose to forward the call to a call queue of other employees that could assist the caller.

allow user to join meetings through rc desktop app even with host and schedule meeting permission disabled in user role
customer joins a meeting through a meeting link which launch the rc desktop app but does not join the meeting. customer is able to join a meeting through the web app without issues which is the current workaround
