  1. Please relax restrictions for the Bulk update Cost Code template. It's nearly useless because you cant even perform Vlookups in excel to help in filtering data and make bulk changesI also recommend unlocking the excel filters and deleting rows that are not required to be updated.

  2. We have been using Classic (Glip) for our team messaging and do not like the new Desktop App replacement because it lacks the ability to change Themes or to customize the layout/colors in any way other than accepting the 'light' or 'dark' modes, neither of which are either pleasing or suitable. Please consider adding back in the ability to change the Theme, or to modify the background and font colors on each section.

  3. All users of RingCentral App for desktop would benefit. Include the ability to forward a voice mail message to another user on the system. Current options only allow download but no forward. The option exists in the call log on the web to forward but not in the app.

  5. Administrators would like to turn off glip access for an RC user, which is currently not possible. If we turn off Glip access in the GAP tool, the system will synchronize and reactivate the Glip acces

  8. Just like the RingCentral softphone, the RC App needs a way to ALWAYS bring the RC App to the front/foreground when an incoming call arrives. This is critical especially for IVR Agents that need to take the call. Today, one has to click on the taskbar notification, then the RC App appears. Only then can the agent accept of reject the call.

Change this default greeting, but still have the system voice make the announcement to the caller."Your call has been forwarded to the voicemail for Survey Feedback.   18. It would be great if the Simulate Crash line that appears on the Poly X30 when we login to RingCentral Video Room be editable or removable.Such Simulate Crash is confusing to users which gives a notion that there is always an error every time they login

  19. We should be able to configure an existing phone to a generic user without any voicemail or else.. just when we call this phone number, just ringing if anybody pick up the call, the client (inside or outside) hanging up.
