disable the rollover
We are a small town radio station and we do contests and don't need the rollover feature when giving stuff away. There should be a way to shut off the rollover feature, so as to give a busy signal to our contestants.

Give customers the ability to block or redirect inbound calls coming from specific countries, account wide.
The request is to provide users the ability to block or redirect inbound calls coming from specific countries on a per-country basis, account-wide.
Helpful additions to this request:
- The customer to be able to specify where or how the inbound calls
are addressed. For example, allowing them to route calls to a
specific extension or "Play message and disconnect."
- Have toggles in Service Web, similar to those used for defining

To show the called number on the call queue to show on the RingCentral App
Currently we have the setting set to show the called number on the call queue but it is only working on a desk phone and RingCentral Phone App. Hoping we will also have this working using the RingCentral App

Rules Shortcuts
I'd like to submit as a feature request the ability to "shortcut" or have a dashboard perhaps at the top of the admin panel to turn on rules, as opposed to clicking many menus deep to to toggle one on. This would also be a great addition to the mobile app. A Rules shortcut tab that showed ALL your rules so you could turn them on quickly.

Quicker Transfer - IVR Menu Option - When no action is entered
We would like to see an option in the IVR menu to adjust the time it takes to transfer a client to a group when no action is entered. Currently, the system has to play our IVR menu 3 times before transferring. We would like to be able to change that to 1 playthrough.We have experienced issues with clients unable to navigate the IVR menu due to their DTMF tones not being recognized (issue on their end). Most folks are not willing to sit on the line and listen to the same IVR menu 3 times and so they hang…

we send code snippets via Ring Central messaging and used to have the ability to maintain formatting and spacing by adding[code] to the message. We would like that functionality back and included in messaging formating

Feature request: Ability to duplicate the default "all employee group"
The ability to duplicate the default "all employee group" on GLIP would be nice for internal company-wide notifications that are of a different subject matter. Currently, we use the "all employee group" for IT issues only. If I want to create a separate group to notify everyone of events, for example, each user I want to contact must be input individually. This easily becomes an issue if your org has 100+ users and is hiring new people all the time (they'd need to be added on an ongoing basis, which is hard to maintain!).

adjust length of time before an extension-to-extension call times out while dialing
We use 3-digit office extension numbers. if you pause for a few seconds while direct-dialing another extension the call will time out. I want to be able to adjust the length of time to complete a 3-digit extension dial to 5, 10 and 15 seconds.

Send a second Call Queue Voicemail email notification after hours
Customer would like to have a feature where a second email notification to be sent on a delay to another email address. Would prefer this email to be sent during off hours to an alternate address.

Add more outside forwarding options
Right now we're limited to 10 numbers to be forwarded to outside numbers. We need more because we're using Service Titan to track and monitor calls. We have close to 40 numbers, and all we can forward is 10.

Emergency Address search drop-down should not show all other previously entered addresses
This is mostly a privacy concern, but also is very confusing for new users. When a new user is "selecting" their emergency address, this field should either show only the main company address, maybe also show any additional addresses from multi-site mode. If this isn't possible then it should just not auto-populate at all. Having it list all user addresses that have ever been entered is not acceptable. Granted, this list does not show which address belongs to whom, but seeing thousands of addresses that belong to current and past employees in a list like this should not be a…

Add setting to suppress prompt to update Windows RingCentral Phone app
When there is a new update available for the Windows RingCentral Phone app, it prompts the user to update it. If you have the app deployed using the ALLUSERS=1 switch, it will prompt for admin credentials to complete the update. It would be nice to be able to supply a configuration flag either in registry or while deploying (like SUPPRESSUPDATE=1) and then the user will not be prompted to update when one is available.
