  2. The Desktop App prompts our user multiple times per day to warn them about 911 even though they have addresses configured. Can we get an option to disable the warning or at least snooze it for X number of days? Support is telling me that this is a FEATURE not a BUG.

  3. Common area phones should be able to be limited to only call 911 externally and only allow calls to other internal extensions. We would rather not have a common area phone in the food court that a customer can call out from.

  4. (Using VVX 450) Currently when you call someone and they're unavailable, a user has the ability to pick up the call within their vicinity. When they do so, the caller doesn't know who's picked up the call. It still says the original person that they called as answering it. This is extremely confusing for the person initiating the call.

  6. We have a group of Guest Experience Liaisons. When sending Text messages to our Guests, we want the text message to come from the group/team rather than an individual so that when the guest responds, the message appears for the entire group and not just the individual who sent to text message.

  7. Would like to have the ability to assign a unique ringtone to a specific ring group or to a specific inbound number. This will allow the user the ability to identify calls just buy the ringtone. Call Queue X has a unique ringtone assigned to it. For example, Call Queue X is a hotline and calls to this call group it would ring different than other calls.   8. When using the RingCentral desktop app. (And mobile app would be nice) I would like to be able to flag a call from the call history that is a suspected robot or is clearly a scam. (Perhaps this is two different buttons) I get a lot of calls that hang up when I answer or leave blank voice messages. I am tired of manually writing down the time and number of the call to submit to RingCentral to research. Of which they just say "The caller hung up".   17. At the moment a caller can get stuck on hold permanently or in a park location for upto 5 minutes. Add functionality so a caller can press 0 in either of these scenarios and be routed back to the operator.
