  1. Is there anyway we can add a feature in a video meeting, on desktop, and minimize the video so it "sticks" so I can multitask?
    In the old version you would click the minimize button on a mac and the video would "stick" as a small screen and then you could multitask.

Hi Team,Currently the time-stamp of the call log only has hours and minutes and it does not includes second in it and represented as hh:mm.Thus, it is not possible to share the exact time-stamp while troubleshooting any case when the calls are back to back.So can we add the second also in time-stamp, this will help us in analyzing & sharing exact call sample. This will be represented as hh:mm:ss.

  3. right now, presence for user / recipient of message will show after clicking on their name once searched. would like to see the presence show in the "Search" bar without needing to click on user

  4. My business relies heavily on using call records to train and teach our employees. Currently, you are unable to sort the call logs, and have to scroll through pages to find certain calls. For example, sorting by longest call is a function we frequently used in our previous system and is extremely important in identify which calls should be reviewed. As of now, we sometimes hit next page 6-7 times to get through all the calls, and then remember where the longer calls were. Some type of sorting would be a good addition.

  5. Can you add a filter for voicemails under the reports tab? After you select a specific extension you can filter by several factors under "types of calls" but not voicemail. This would be a nice feature for when an agent is out sick or vacation. Also, can you allow a superadmin to listen to said voicemail you filter? Thanks!

When iPhone OS and Android OS inbound RingCentral text messages, and RingCentral voice mail messages are transcribed to text, and subsequently emailed to the RingCentral user’s email client, the message font in the email client is so small it is unreadable. RingCentral must give the user the ability to upsize/upscale or increase the size of the default font that is transmitted to the user email client.   7. The side panel covers the main chat area unless the app window is set very wide. For me, the app has to take up over half of my working screen before it allows both the side panel and main panel to be fully viewable. This problem did not occur for the first 2 years or so that I used RC; it just began on 2/22/22. Prior to that date, the window allowed both panels to be fully visible, regardless of app window width.

Customer wants an option where they can hear the caller's name and phone number during the voicemail announcement if the caller did not provide it on the actual voicemail message The customer doesn't want to use call logs, email notification, or applications to view the callers' number or name.Also wants a feature that if they receive a voicemail and they want to forward it to another user, they want an option to record their own message advising the recipient that they are forwarding the voicemail

  11. In the download User list inside RingCentral. There should be the ability to download a user list including all settings and permissions. Including Recording Status Phone #'s everything all settings. There should also be the ability to make changes to users on the Excel file and upload them to make the change.This is something that is needed especially for audit reasons to verify extension recording settings, permissions, Title Site, User hours. Please add an option to select additional fields so all account settings can be downloaded if needed.

  12. I enjoy using the Ring Cental texting option on my phone/desktop during work hours but I do not want to receive text messages after work hours. I would like to have a setting that would allow me to only receive text messages during a particular time (IE: 9AM - 5PM similar to the phone setting). If I am unable to do this, I will have to stop using the app for this purpose.

  15. The ask is to create two types or classifications of Shared Voicemail Co-Recipients. The first type would allow for group processing of voicemail messages. The other type would simply allow users to just receive a copy of the voicemail. Ideally, this would all be within the RC App and work for Users, Call Queues, and Message-Only extensions. This could be helpful for customers that have an after-hours on-call support team who manages and follows up on voicemail messages. It is imperative that the voicemail be labeled correctly, so they know what users, queue, or message-only extension voicemail received the message.…

  17. Please add 5 minute increments in the office hours times. This way I can close my office phones 5 minutes before we close VS at 5pm. I would like to have my phones stop at 4:55 pm.

  18. Zoom added their Universal Binary which supports their M1 chips without going through their Rosetta 2 emulation. I believe this would help RingCentral as I occasionally experience application freezes on the M1 when trying to enable my camera / audio too quickly after loading into a meeting or trying to share my screen. I believe natively supporting the M1 would resolve those issues.

  19. Many customers use have a multi-site tenant and, at times, each independent agency is an individual business. So the user directories need to be segregated by group or by site - one group should not be able to see the phone extensions at another site.
