RC App for mobile - Call logs
Hi Team,
Sending feedback in behalf of from one of our partners/resellers. The current issue is that a call queue member can receive calls from a contact that they have stored on their mobile devices, and not know if the call was to their own DID/EXT or to the queue. As the missed calls from a queue show in the user’s call log, and the contacts stored translate the call log entries (stripping the queue name from the entry) a user does not know if the call was to themselves or the queue.

Send an alert when x numbers of calls are in the queue
We'd like to know when we have high volumes of calls waiting to be answered. This will allow us to put more staff into the group to pickup calls. This would be better than getting voicemails after they have waited 15 minutes

Ability for federated accounts to share Pooled Global Office Minutes

Add the ability to pin a banner image and message on the top of a Glip team.
We would like the ability to pin a company message and image that does not scroll up. We want to make every employee aware of company guidelines on social edict before they post.

Ability to have an emergency 24/7 call queue which can override specified users available hours.
I would be able to have my IVR setup for afterhours extension to call a emergency call queue, and allow a "unavailable" extension to receive a "high priority" call 24/7. Would also allow me to rotate out support users for on-call afterhours calls.

Bring back the list of recent text messages on the phone tab.
I am not sure why you took this feature away in the latest release, but it was an absolutely terrible idea. It is so important to have recent text messages on the same phone panel without have to switch back and forth. You need to bring this feature back, it is making my life 10x harder trying to get through calls

Update Presence Status to show when online and not just within the app
Allowing the status to show when online and not just within the app will provide full insight into employees/coworkers actual availability which was a feature that was extremely useful in Skype. Currently just showing when someone is within the app is misleading as to when colleagues are actually online and available.

Comment Feature
Hello, I have a suggestion. Can you add a comment feature to where people can form a comment thread on a particular message. Ie) A asks B to file a document. Once complete B can comment under A's original message letting A know that the task has been completed. This will be a LOT cleaner, especially for people that have multiple messages with each other.

With Multi-site feature, need ability to rename Main site from 'company'
From admin, can see that it is called “Main Site”. It would be helpful to be able to change it to “Newsitename”

Mobile app contact presence should be unified and consistent across all apps
There is a different experience in contact presence in each app. The mobile app shows a colored symbol when you search for and select a user or a persistent status shows if you have a conversation started or when you add to quick contacts. It would be useful if company contact list showed all contact presence. The office 365 Chrome extension is a good example of what the presence list should look like in all apps.

Showing that a call was answered on the other deskphone
Customer wants to have options to see on the desk phone if someone was able to answer the phone call.Cx wants to see if the call was answered on the other line.

Call Notification as Banner Rather Than Full Screen Takeover
In the old phone icon app, I could change my notifications so that it send me an alert when someone was calling my ring central line. I would have the choice to decide if I wanted to click on the notification which brought me to the app so I could answer the call or not. Now if I am on the phone using my regular number the ring central line keeps popping up in the middle of my call. I used to be able to be on my phone and then swipe the banner notification up so I didn't have…

Messaging: Convert User to Guest
Example: a user leaves a company but they want to retain their conversation history and still have the ability to communicate with other agents in their former company. Looking for a way for admins to convert users from agents to guests. This would allow the user extension to be deleted from the account but not delete the users history and still allow them to use the product with just Guest features.

Ability to download a properly formatted PDF version of your statement/invoice with RingCentral Logo and all pertinent details.

Able to print or save in something other than Excel
Please add a feature where you can print and/or save call logs in PDF form. This feature should also include all the information that is presented when initially filtering your desired information. For example, showing the phone number and the dates of the call log.

Transmission Results - Email Confirmation to include Attachments
I would like to have the attachments that I sent through the RingCentral app to be included with the transmission results email confirmation. This way I know exactly what I sent and can view the file(s) from my email rather than opening the app to view the attachment that I sent.

Add start Audio Conference to the RingCentral Unified App from RingCentral Phone App
The RingCentral Phone app has a button where you can start an Audio Conference. It would be very useful if this button/feature were added to the RingCentral Unified app.It would also be useful to be able to manage the Audio Conference directly from the RingCentral Unified App. The admin can control the audio conference by being able to mute the callers or disconnect the caller from within the app.Would also be great if you can transfer a call into a audio conference as well and then add additional calls into the audio conference.

Option to block calls from Google Adworks
Subscribers that have relationship with Google or a third-party using Google for advertising purposes been having call forwarding issue. Subscribers need to reach back to their advertising vendor or Google directly to disable call forwarding rule.
