When someone is leaving a voicemail to the call queue they wanted that the voicemail should be receive by other extension device as well not a notification with attachment and not using the shared voicemail since the users will also getting the Voicemail of the primary extension and they should be notify when the voicemail is coming from the Call queue on each devices user extension profile.

  7. Turn Off Filtered Words for SMS Texting

    We run a ketamine-assisted therapy clinic and are not able to use the word “ketamine” without it being filtered. This is seriously impacting our business and ability to communicate about the service we offer. We did not have this issue with iPlum or Google Voice and only switched to RingCentral for the added features. How do we resolve this so we can resume normal business? We need this single word uncensored. Please advise.

  8. We have observed that our users are experiencing a significant gap in their message history within the RingCentral app, specifically from July 2021 through April of this year. We would like to inquire about the process for restoring these missing messages for our users.

  10. I have business hours set on RC so that calls will go straight to VM after hours. How do I restrict text messages from coming through after business hours as well?
    I have talked with a support however the option for SMS schedule is not yet available it would be helpful if there is a way to schedule SMS traffic with the account

  11. Create a custom rule that can use partial DID or area code only as a "Caller ID" condition. Can use a wildcard * as placeholders

    Objective:
    I want to route inbound calls, using a custom rule, that starts with a +1 650- * * * - * * * * or +1 650-681-**** (Palo Alto) to a specific California call queue/user extension

    Current: You can add a number via caller ID as part of custom rule condition but it doesn't indicate if it's the first or last part of the DID or phone number

  16. I want the option to be able to disable/ enable incoming calls when i want. There are times when i do not wish to receive calls, and spammer, telemarketers, robocalls keep coming in and they consume my calling credits since unanswered calls also go to voice mail which further consumes my calling credits.

    Please give us the ability to switch off incoming calls when it is not needed.

    Problem:

    Our current system lacks the ability to create and apply templates for custom call queue rules. This necessitates manual configuration for each call queue extension, a significant time investment considering we manage 340 call queues

    Current Behavior:

    Navigating through Phone System > Groups > Call Queue > Call Handling > Custom Rule.

    Manually setting up the desired call routing behavior for each individual call queue extension.

    • How will the feature help customer’s processes? - easy to remember their extension number
