Hubspot call task
We were using RingCentral for HubSpot chrome extension to call our customer before. And now as this sees sunset, we have added the RingCentral as a full integration into HubSpot and started using Call function.
What's happening now is, when we start a call type task from the task queue in HubSpot, it automatically calls the customer. Which we do not want. We want the control over when to call the customer.
We have contacted HubSpot and at the moment they don't have a setting to turning off this feature. Please have a feature in RingCentral to turn this off.

RingCentral for Outlook using New Outlook
Currently, the RingCentral for Outlook integration is only visible using the old Outlook layout.
It would be great if we have the option to have this available in the new Outlook layout.
Per Microsoft KB: COM Add-ins will not be supported in the new Outlook for Windows but will continue to work in classic Outlook for Windows.

Develop a Process for Automatically Removing Personal Contacts
Hello,
My team and I have been using the RingCentral for HubSpot Extension as well as the Data Sync that pushes all of our HubSpot Contacts to our RingCentral Accounts. We have only been using the sync for about 5-6 months now and have already maxed out the number of contacts we can have in our RC accounts (10,000).
With that, we can no longer search for our HubSpot contacts by name in the RC App and it causes a lot of confusion when trying to keep all communications in order.
My proposal is to add an automation/configuration within RingCentral…

Screenpop on a New browser window or tab | RC for Salesforce
Currently, the screen pop settings in RingCentral for Salesforce in lightning mode has the same behavior (Existing browser window).
It would be great if had an option for 'New browser window or tab' to work on Lightning mode.
This way, the screen pop will appear on a new window or tab whenever there's an incoming call.

RingCentral App for desktop will not show contacts in Manually Created Outlook 365 Contact Folders by Users
I have several users who organize their Outlook Contacts by creating additional folders in Outlook. When contacts are added to these folders, they do not show up in the RingCentral App (desktop version). They do show up in the RingCentral mobile app however. Thus, they are hitting the RingCentral system, but the RingCentral desktop app will not show them.Would like this feature added to the RingCentral App for desktop.

Exclude Guests from MS Teams Company Contact Sync
Guest accounts (B2B Collabaration Users) in Microsoft Entra ID (previously Azure AD) should not sync along with regular contacts (Members) when using the MS Teams embedded dialer app. At a minimum, there should be an option to include or exclude Members/Guests when syncing Contacts.Many organizations use B2B Collaboration to provide single sign-on to their customers which causes large numbers of user records and it is not normal behavior for apps to sync these records by default when syncing contact records. Boulanger has a need to integrate a phone contact list. This will be for vendors, partners, other stores etc.The need here is to provide all RC users with an external contact list. Zero Destination for Physical Phones without Custom Config
Most, if not all Communications systems have the ability to set a zero destination for physical phones. This is a critical need in the Hospitality, Healthcare, and SLED space. Example: A guest is in their hotel room and would like to speak to the front desk. Invariably, zero is pushed, It is engrained behavior. Hospital Rooms have the same need.In SLED, many common area phones provide the same function. Allow setting DID and Ext with SCIM endpoint at creation time
Allow the SCIM source to pass the phoneNumbers of type work for DID and other for extension at create time to select which unassigned extension to use and set the extension number.The phoneNumbers parameter exists and can be set, but does nothing on creation. It would be great to set the numbers in the source directory and have the process automatically select the correct unassigned extension if available based on the DID provided. The creation process could also set the extension number to the value provided. These are the fields that are returned everywhere else for existing users.
