Screenpop on a New browser window or tab | RC for Salesforce
Currently, the screen pop settings in RingCentral for Salesforce in lightning mode has the same behavior (Existing browser window).
It would be great if had an option for 'New browser window or tab' to work on Lightning mode.
This way, the screen pop will appear on a new window or tab whenever there's an incoming call.

Allowing SIPREC to our pool of SBCs for Call Monitoring
Requesting the ability for a 3rd party (CallMiner is the one specifically for this use case, but other monitoring solutions could use this concept) to be able to utilize the SIPREC function/capability to monitor active calls. In this specific use case, we need the ability to monitor agent leg calls from Nice inContact to RC Office. The SIPREC functionality would be through our SBC infrastructure.

SFDC users span the organization: sales, support, etc. Data collection (logging calls) may be specific to each group. Problem: In Cloud phone settings, Admins have the ability configure a single cti layoutSolution: A unique cti layout associated to a unique softphone layout or role, would allow unique data collection per group of users. see image

Zero Destination for Physical Phones without Custom Config
Most, if not all Communications systems have the ability to set a zero destination for physical phones. This is a critical need in the Hospitality, Healthcare, and SLED space. Example: A guest is in their hotel room and would like to speak to the front desk. Invariably, zero is pushed, It is engrained behavior. Hospital Rooms have the same need.In SLED, many common area phones provide the same function. Dial zero for assistance or information.Our inability to perform this basic task is causing our team(s) to have to sell around and/or creatively solve for this need.

Salesforce integration - Log all calls regardless of RingCentral for the Salesforce browser is closed
If you are out of the office, not logged in (aka after business hours), and Salesforce is not open at all times, then calls do not log. This creates the issue of all calls received outside business hours or to users who are out of the office... are not logging in to Salesforce CRM.

More Zapier Actions
I would benefit from being able to automatically add a ringcentral contact once a contact is created on my CRM (Lawcus) or Google. Right now both the actions and triggers on Zapier are quite limited.

Allow setting DID and Ext with SCIM endpoint at creation time
Allow the SCIM source to pass the phoneNumbers of type work for DID and other for extension at create time to select which unassigned extension to use and set the extension number.The phoneNumbers parameter exists and can be set, but does nothing on creation. It would be great to set the numbers in the source directory and have the process automatically select the correct unassigned extension if available based on the DID provided. The creation process could also set the extension number to the value provided. These are the fields that are returned everywhere else for existing users.

More control over apps for team chats
We use various integrations with some of our chats that provide us updates from monitoring and status providers for our systems like Statuspage, OpsGenie, Pingdom, Jira, etc. The problem is that when the people who make the apps leave the company it breaks these integrations, and they are used by more than just the person who made them. It would be nice if you could create these integrations so they are not tied to a specific user or be able to reassign them to another user to manage. Also the ability for team admins to be able to manage all…

A Site's Custom Answering Rule should have the option to route calls to an External Number
Site has External Afterhours answering service. During Holidays calls to the site need to route externally but there is no option to route calls to an external number. Currently, to do so a User needs to be added to route the call.

Identifier on the deskphone if it's registered on a different account/location
Since the business is adding an existing device to their RingCentral account, it would be very helpful if there's some sort of Flag or Warning that will show on the actual desk phone when they add it to their RingCentral account that will tell them the device is already registered on another account instead of them calling support. It will save more time for them instead of trying to register a device that cannot be registered since it is already added to a different account.

RingCentral for Outlook using New Outlook
Currently, the RingCentral for Outlook integration is only visible using the old Outlook layout.
It would be great if we have the option to have this available in the new Outlook layout.
Per Microsoft KB: COM Add-ins will not be supported in the new Outlook for Windows but will continue to work in classic Outlook for Windows.

Park Location Reminder or Display Park location on phone display
Park location number - display on phone or recall it.Everyone benefits from this idea. Should already be available as standardize feature to place a caller in a park location number have it display as reminder. Problem arise due to rolling/changing park location number. Or at minimum, provide ability to recall park location number after hanging up the phone.

Integrate with Clio
Clio is a CRM and marketing tools used by 1,000's of attorneys across the country. It would be great if Ring Central had an integration with Clio.

Please note, there is a preliminary issue where the extension doesn't match phone numbers with contacts due to a phone number format issue. The extension only recognizes contact phone numbers with international standard format-- +(country code)XXXXXXXXXX versus (XXX)XXX-XXX or XXX-XXX-XXXX, etc. Our developers are working with Clio for a resolution.
