  1. Currently when calling 911, our customer receive email notifications but not the SMS. it looks like we are not sending such SMS for a while due to the recent updates.
    As per ERL group chat, we are currently not sending SMS notification for e911.

  3. Currently, customers can only opt out of receiving SMS messages by replying "STOP" to text messages from individual phone numbers. This process can be cumbersome for accounts with multiple numbers, as customers must opt out separately for each one.

    We request a feature that allows customers to opt out of SMS messaging across all numbers within their account simultaneously. This centralized opt-out option would improve user experience by providing a simpler and more efficient way to manage SMS preferences and ensure compliance with opt-out regulations.

  5. Prior to the newest update, when sending a new text, you would type in the number and click 'next' which would bring you to the entire text thread giving you the option to either call or text. This would also allow you to view the entire text thread. With this new update, doing the same function - sending a new text- it now has a pop up to create the text within this pop up window and 'send', NOT giving you the option to click 'next' and take you to the text thread.   8. Create a button to text a caller that you are currently on the phone with vs having to go to the texting icon and retype their phone number. Additionally, you could also have a button to text a caller a link to switch the call over to a video meeting.

  9. Right now, in your Text Messaging support, when sending a text to more than one recipient, you have a checkbox: "Create group text". I have a user type for whom I want this box to NEVER be checked. I want them to be able to bulk-text customers, but not be able to loop those customers into a shared group text. Is it possible to disable that checkbox on a given role?

  10. -enable voice recording not to type text they need to send
    -she mentioned in order for them to save time they just wanted to record the message and have it converted to text then send .

  12. For a short time, we had the ability to check a box, that appended a message with verbiage that added the OPT OUT wording (see attachment). That feature is now gone. Please bring it back! One of the most helpful SMS things I've seen and used! Please bring it back ASAP.
