  3. My company uses RC on personal phones. Have a setting for each contact to preselect if RC or personal line should be used to make outgoing calls

  4. I see where we can create a "team" in the contacts section, which allows you to invite members from work. What about the ability to create groups for just your regular contacts? I'm a recruiter and it'd be handy to have my candidates listed under groups such as "On assignment" or even by skills like "machine operators" or "warehouse workers".

  5. Let us add or remove the "middle name" info to the name column in the call log. When using the desktop app the middle name info is shown in the call log. When using the web admin portal and associated extension, the call log only shows the first and last names. I understand not everyone will want to have the middle name listed in the call log, so if we could more easily add or remove the contact info we want listed in the call log that would be great.

  7. Sometimes we need to do an Edit on a contact after an incoming call, but we can't just click on the call log and do a quick edit, we have to go to the contacts list, search for the contact and then edit.

    Adding an Edit option on the call log when the contact is already added to the list of contacts will minimize data entry.

  12. If an extension has been named with a number or code as an identifier that isn't the same as the extension number, then the number or code used in the name is not searchable in the dialler. Entering numbers in the dialler should also look at the extension name field

  13. Is it possible to save a number while on call. To be clear, saving a number from which you are currently on a call. I think it is something that can add efficiency for users to save a number while waiting for the person to pick up the call.

  14. It would be useful to increase the number of contacts that can be added to the Ring Central App up to 20,000. This could be helpful for our company or larger companies that work with CRMs that automatically import contacts into the Ring Central App. Thanks!

  15. The idea would be to use AI to improve contacts management and people efficiency... One thing I have found difficult since I joined RingCentral is to remember all the names and what people do as I have met so many people...IF when I chat with someone MVP could suggest and automatically create a contact I have been "In contact" and put a note of what we were talking about (like when you send a text and apple highlight and suggest to create the contact if it see a name). And then I could also go back to it and change…

  16. Since Ring Central is for calls both incoming and outgoing it would be nice to be able to add contacts that the company uses such as vendors you work with, site contacts, etc.. Currently you can only add "Personal Contacts" which only the user can reference. Essentially a rolodex of contacts the company uses.
