  5. Please allow the upload of CSV template to go through even with duplicate contacts, and then simply show error notification after the upload to automatically delete the duplicates instead of rejecting during upload.

When our user use Unified app and click on the dial pad and search for personal contact (#name) it's not showing the right contact.for Example name of the personal contact is "12 Angeline"when you search it on the dial pad (unified app), it will not show the personal contact, only the company contact.This feature is available with RC phone app and it would be great if we can have this migrated to the new app.Work around that we are doing is to use search bar on the unified app but would be better if we can do it on the…

  7. The Microsoft/Office 365 global address book consists of "mailboxes" (@domain) addresses and external address "contacts" (vendors, friends, etc...). Only the mailboxes show up in the ACO desktop and web app. For some reason the ACO isn't able to connect to the "contacts" in the GAL. Personal addresses created on a user by user level show up but not the "contacts" that are shared throughout the company in the GAL.

  8. When a call comes into a team member from ring central, there should be a way to save that call under a master account so that all team members have it saved going further and the next time that call comes in, the team members will know who its for and to pick up. Another way is if one person on the team saves and then its pushed to other team members automatically.

  9. Some of our users only use a portion of the external shared contacts directory that we have applied for all the users (different departments use different contacts.) They would like to be able to add from the external shared contacts directory to their personal quick contacts .

  10. When the customer is in the "Contacts" Menu and selects ALL, it shows every single account in their AD environment. The customer wants an option in the app to only show the users as part of the Company Contacts.

  11. Please allow CSV contacts to be uploaded in full, customer is adding 5593 members but is only able to add 13 members once the upload reaches 5000. In addition, creating contact group only allows 200 at a time - cust requests if the contacts can be selected all at once.

  12. RC Mobile app defaults to company contact list for default contacts so you have to swipe multiple times to access your personal contacts. This becomes cumbersome if you are using ringcentral mobile app for most of your calls to your personal contacts. Suggestion is to allow users the option to select which account list they want the app to default to: Company, Guest, Personal, Teams, or Other

  13. For employees that are working from home and have varied networks and providers. A tool that will test their ability to use phone and contact center applications from home. Could even be used for test a new remote branch even. Would test things like QOS, Bandwidth speeds, SIP ALG etc. if failed in a certain test on the call could provider links or direction on next steps to look at.

  14. We work with multiple clients that have different sites, and I am sure many other RingCentral customers do as well. The global directory adds all phone numbers in the company to the directory, however our sites would benefit greatly from having Contact Groups that are specific to their site. Having the ability in the admin center to create different contact groups and apply them to different users/sites would be very beneficial.

  16. Tough to transfer a call in the computer app versus the phone app. The mobile app gives you a list of contacts to transfer to but the desktop app makes you enter an extension number/name

  17. Is there any way to disable the display of External Shared Contacts directory contacts to a group of users ?
    I currently use the external shared contacts of Google (it a check box to enble) but the sync has troubles (+20k contacts). I would like to use the External Shared Contacts directory from ringCentral Directory integration but not all of our users need it.

The amount of characters in the contacts notes field shortened substantially and deleted large portions of client contextual notes history, we really need as many contact notes field characters as possible, how do we enable a higher amount of these simple text notes characters for this critical field? Please let us know.

  19. When you export the existing file, you cannot put the same data for mobile numbers and company numbers. It will give you an error unless it is a different number. Hope you can input the same number for them.
