Add Special Number to New RC PC Application!
Please add the special number feature to the new RC PC application. It works with the old RC PC app, but the prefix is missing in the new app. This is the feature: Add a special number to the beginning or end of the incoming caller ID to help identify the reason for the call.

Keep AI notes going after switching a call from desktop to mobile and back
Use case: Users often need to move a call from their desktop app over to mobile and back. AI notes are becoming increasingly popular.
Problem: AI notes stop if a call is switch from one endpoint to another.
Feature request: Add support for AI notes to keep going when a call is switched from Destkop to mobile.

Calendly integration with RCV for RCO, ACO, Unify, Atos, all brands
Requests for us to integration Calendly with RCV as it is a widely used integration that Zoom and some of our competitors already offer. Some customers have kept their Zoom licenses because we do not have this integration. Another request was to have the integration with Calendly auto generate an RC Video meeting when someone books time with them.

Create a number type like CCRN for customer numbers needing TAS Bypass (aka CCAN)
Custom Engineering has provided a workaround for customers that need to have calls "bypass" the RC FM/FM (183/200ok) from our PBX and ring directly to the registered endpoint. Show name when dialing

Allow incoming calls to follow user ring settings even when the desk phone is set to Do Not Disturb (DND).
Currently, when a user enables Do Not Disturb (DND) on their physical desk phone (hard phone), the RingCentral system automatically interprets the user as unavailable. As a result, all incoming calls are routed directly to voicemail, and the configured ring settings or call forwarding rules set in the Admin Portal → User Settings are not followed.

Speed Dial Setup with Pause and extention function
We have a paging system that sits at an extension then expects a zone code. I would like to make a speed dial that would allow a pause and then the zone code dialed automatically. The speed dial would look like this 800#,,04#. this would dial the extension 800, # enters the extension immediately, the ",," pauses the dial for 2 seconds, the enters the zone code of 02#.

Provide more context for Cold Transfer/Blind Transfers so the person receiving the transfer can answer the call correctly
Use Case: Users answer calls and then blind/cold transfer the call to other users. Blind/cold transfers use the ANI and Caller ID of the person performing the transfer.Impact: The person receiving the blind/cold forward is unaware that the call is a forward. Background Noise/Audio Issue Alert Sent to Super Admins
Admins don't always have time to listen to every single users' calls to determine if there were issues with background noise, poor audio quality, headset issues, etc. We would like the option to set up an alert that would notify a designated list of recipients if call quality falls below a certain threshold. It should include the details of the call, who the user is, and ideally what the problem of the call was (loud background noise, high jitter, etc).

Disable the Accidental Key Press
If we can disable the key press where in if the caller accidentally press any number or dial key it will do nothing and will not be routed or transferred to other extension where the call is not intended for.

Hold Music Volume
Please reduce the volume on the default hold music, or provide a way to control the volume for all users in the admin portal. The default hold music is too loud right now. It should be the same volume as an average person speaking.

Limited Extensions in Park Groups
Please give Limited Extensions the ability to pick up a call from a Park Location. Currently, Limited Extensions are not available to be added as a Member to a Park Group. It would be very helpful to have the ability to pick up a call from park on a common area phone during meetings or while in the break room. We have to page the user, have them call back and tell reception their location and then transfer to the call to that limited extension, instead of just having them pick up a parked call.

Show True Caller ID vs BLF String
Mitel phones, such as the 6940W, should show the proper caller ID of presence synced users vs a BLF string. Currently, the call history on these devices show a BLF string, which is confusing to customers. The ask is to have the proper caller ID for the user show during the call at all times and in the call history at all times.

DND on Polycom VVX311
A recent system update moved the DND Softkey on on Polycom VVX311 phones from the initial softkey menu and now require selecting More for users to find that option.
