Clear Company Contact listed within own extension that don't exist in Account Portal.
Would like to have a company contact cleared/deleted from own extension company contacts that is not listed in the account/portal. This was once a test extension that sync'd but is no longer an extension user.

Access all voicemail boxes from the App
I monitor and manage 4 voicemail boxes for my organization (my personal box, my department's Call Queue box, and two Message-Only Extension boxes). At the moment, to check those boxes for voicemails, I have to log into the app to check my personal voicemails, then I have to switch over to the website and login there to check the Call Queue voicemail and the Message-Only Extension voicemails - which are located in two different folders. Placing incoming calls on a park line automatically after a certain amount of rings.
We have a few sites who have asked if incoming calls can be placed on a park line after x amount of rings. This will help them better manage incoming calls and will help decrease the number of voicemails that are left.

Call Handling Templates: Allow for these to be applied to other extension types (Sites, IVRs & Queues)
Please can you enhance Call Handling Templates so that they can be applied to not only RingCentral Users, but also extensions for Sites, IVRs and Queues.This feature would be particularly useful when we have been asked by the business to divert all calls in the phone system for a specific business area.

Support for hotdesking on Mitel IP Phones
Right now, per https://support.ringcentral.com/article/Which-phones-support-Hot-Desking.html , Mitel phones are not supported as hotdesk / common area phones. Please add support.

Default text messages to mobile number, not home
Currently, if you attempt to send a text message to someone in your contact list, the app defaults to the contact's Home number (if there is one). Why would it ever default to anything other than the Mobile number? Can you send SMS to a land line? a fax line?

Secondary option in Call Queue setting where we can set in there an external call forwarding for each call queue member

Add low Toned or Custom Ring Tones
Please add more low toned ring tones, or allow us to add custom ring tones, I have a few users that have a hard time hearing the higher pitched ring tones.

Custom Ringtones/Notifications for RingCentral Desktop
Many of the included ringtones are not attention grabbing or dont really sound like a phone. The ringcentral phone app for desktop (phone icon) has this feature, I think it should also be added to the RingCentral app (R icon) which is supposed to be more feature rich.

Add # called to voice mail message in RC App
We often have the need in our system for end users to send their missed calls to voice mail of others on our system. For example a Director wants to send missed calls that go to voice mail to the Admin Assistant in their office. The Admin Assistant then receives voice mail in the RingCentral App for both their own calls and the Director's calls. The issue is that the App doesn't identify if the voice mail is then for the Admin Assistant or the Director, no identifier is left. It would be helpful to add the full number called…

"Friendly Name" or "Alias" for User to avoid long names showing on Line Keys etc
We have a number of user accounts / phones where the name and surname combined are quite long. This results in the display on the phone to continuously scroll when either displaying the user's extension on the phone (in the top left hand corner of their handset) or when setting up line keys / speed dials. It seems the max length for a name on an Avaya J 139 is about 14 characters before it starts to scroll / truncate.On one Yealink Cordless handset we have it simply shows initials as there are too many characters!It would be really good…

MVP: [messaging] "Self-Destructing Messaging" feature.
Chat history can be convenient, there are some conversations you don’t really want to save. This is where self-destructing messaging apps come into play. (e.g. snapchat). These apps automatically destruct messages when they are read or after a certain period of time, that you get to decide. The idea here is the ability to send a Glip message using a "Self-Destructing" send button. The Glip message would be auto deleted after x amount of time.

Said mobile notification often contains a portion of the original Glip message, or the full glip message.This may not be possible, but it seems like a good idea.

Whatsapp is planning a new update that will let app users recall or revoke sent text messages, as well as edit texts after they have been sent.Pressing and holding on a sent message within the iOS version of WhatsApp now includes two new options in the small menu.However, there is a catch: you can only revoke messages that haven't been 'seen' by the receiver. Provide notification that call may be monitored, only in states that require that.
This customer required notification to callers that there call is being monitored. This is only for inbound and outbound calls that will be monitored. The customer feels this is required by law in any 2 party consent state. To play a blanket message on any call (whether it will be monitored or not) is very disruptive to their business especially for out bound calls.
