Message sent to sender of a text message alerting them a RingCentral number does not accept Text Messages
We have texting disabled for all users currently (we have some Hipaa stuff to get through), there does not seem to be a message sent to someone who tries to text one of our users (phone numbers) that says the RingCentral number does not receive text messages at this time.a sender does not know if the text ever completed or did not complete.........in a business scenario this would be very helpful....

Super Admins should be able to delete anything at anytime
other non admin users do post files to RC. These files are constantly being updated by other users and admins creating numerous verisons of the same file. Super admins should be able to go it and delete attached files and links at any time to help "clean up" current teams, files, links, etc.

Yes/no emoji
Emoji are cool but a simple yes/no in professionnal context will help to confirm or answer quickly a question. It could also be used as informal survey.

Add dropdown menu for department section when creating new user.
Adding a dropdown menu for the "department" section when adding a new user, is important for the organizing of groups. For example, if one were to mistype a department(when creating a new user), a new department will be created. If there was a drop down menu, one could easily select an already created department. Thus, allowing for less errors, or duplicate departments.

Recovery or Holding of Deleted Extensions and Data
Extensions and user accounts should not be instantly purged and deleted. All messages and voicemails must be able to be recovered if accounts are accidently deleted. Just like numbers removed from an account. Extensions and the data tied to the user should have a waiting period before being permanently deleted from the system.

In addition to the current Yealink deskphones already supported by RingCentral it would complete the offer if Yealink CP920 and Yealink CP960 will also be supported via Assisted Provisioning

Code snippet is narrow, needs to expand to width of window
It's nearly impossible to read a code snippet at the moment. Basically the options are to copy the entire thing to a local text editor or download. Please make it easier to view in the app

Emergency Company Wide Switch to Night Mode
We would like to have a company wide rule that we can set in the case of a company wide shutdown. This rule would allow all IVR and call queues to act like it's after normal business hours. Basically we would like a button that switches the system into after hours mode. Currently we have to go through and manually modify all IVR and call queues with reduced working hours.

Disable file sharing by default
Disable all Manage file sharing until turned on by an ADMIN. Since this new app has 0 content examination end users can could sent what ever they wanted and get everyone in truck load of trouble. Since there is nothing in place currently which one of you are going to get hit with a major fine or data breach! If you are going to allow any kind of file sharing from your unified business platform there needs to be some kind of content exemption rules that can be put in play.

Add ability of the new Group Voice Mail capability to include Call Queues
Customer is using the new Group voicemail capability but it is currently only available on the user level. Customer has asked that this capability be added to call queues so that multiple users can be co-recipients to the voicemail of the queue.

Globally Block Forwarding to Outside Lines
We would like to have the ability to only allow our users to forward to extensions that are within the RingCentral system. This would allow us to make sure that no business calls leave the platform and are subject to the rules and policies of the organization.

Remove all failed faxes on entire account
Instead on logging in per extension to remove failed faxes, customer must have the option to remove failed faxes on entire account in Admin Portal

Admins need to control RingCentral app settings
Instead of trusting all employees who are RingCentral app users to set their own app settings appropriately, administrators need to be able to control those settings through the Admin Portal.

Along with Business SMS permission there should be another feature to only allow users to only receive or just send text messages.

Colors for Favorite Teams
With the classic, we were able to color coordinate our "Favorite Teams". It made it super easy to find things. Now I have to actually read through things. Please bring color dots back. Thanks.
