Authenticator app for 1st time log in
requesting to use authenticator apps when logging in to the Ringcentral for the 1st time. Aside from the security code sent via email, it would be easier if we can approve/ confirm the access via an app on mobile or computer.

Allow Call Recording Notification To Be Customizable Per Queue
We have different language queues but we can only have one Recording Notification and it is in English. It would be nice if we could customize this on a per queue level, so that callers who do not speak English understand that the call is being recorded.

Handle missed calls option - Add the ability to return caller to the staff member that transferred it
If "Take message" is not enable, when they have the option o transferring the caller to a group or to disconnect the call. Obviously discounting the call is bad customer service, however transferring to a group is not always the best option. WE would like another option added which will allow the called to be transferred to the staff member that first transferred the call

Small Company main voicemail go to two extensions
We have a small company set up under a main phone with extension 101 & 102. When a call doesn't get answered the voice mail ends up only in ext102 computer app. But this voicemail is not visible from any other location (ex cell phone app). In our cituation it would be very handy that when a call comes in to the main phone the voicemail be able to be left in both ext101 & 102 computer and cell apps. thank you for your consideration,Johannes Waldthausen

Eliminate the 60 line limit on texts from Desktop App
There should not be a limit of 60 text message lines on the desktop when the phone app is not limited. They should match for seamless transition at any time. This is a very annoying but simple problem to fix.

Tasks - Bring back comments under the tasks for F/ups
A function that didn't follow the new version and would be great to have again, is to be able for the team to add comments under the tasks, to keep track and share info about the task

Add link to look up phone MACs for all extensions
I would like to see a link link to just look up MAC's of phones. When I had 1600 phones shipped to me, there was not an easy way to just scan/input the MAC of the phone and see who it belonged to.

Enable SMS for New Zealand numbers
Hi, It would be helpful if we have the ability to enable SMS feature for New Zealand numbers. It will be a big help if users can communicate thru SMS with their clients in New Zealand using their New Zealand number as SMS ID.

Allow Queues Business Hours to use Company Hours as a fast option
When setting hours for each individual queue, there are two overriding options, 24/7 and Custom. I think if ytou add another one, "Use Company Hours", then for companies that have mulitple queues, they only need to change their hours in one place instead of for every queue. Around holiday time, it takes a long time if you have 10+ queues to update.

Provide the ability to screenshot in Service Web
This would be useful for customers to explain issues they are experiencing, for example with the QOS report. By building in this functionality, a separate screenshot tool is unnecessary and screenshots can be produced quicker.

The aspects that should be configurable include type, carrier, capacity, redundancy and location. This information may be useful to analyze issues and to remind administrators that this type of network connectivity is present. It can also be used as a baseline feature to determine if they have sufficient network capacity for current users and future users (based on current trends).

The ask is to be able to increase the number of Delegates from the system limit of 10 to a higher value. For example, there may be a high-ranking executive has a direct EA and 12 secondary EA's that cover if the primary isn't available.

Network requirement changes to be visible to admins in ServiceWeb
These changes can be made visible in a few ways:
- As an inbox message
- As a Banner (with option to remove banner once admin has seen)

Allow callers on hold to disable or change the hold music
One of my clients uses ringcentral. I dread being the first caller to one of their conference calls, because the default hold music is repetitive and (totally my opinion) awful.I may be the only person in the world that doesn't like it, but in the off chance that other people groan and roll their eyes every time it starts playing... I'd love this service so much if there was the option to press a button while holding, and have the music just turn off. Add Tasks to the Events calendar
Really like the new Week/Month Evenets Calendar but would hope to see Tasks listed there too, like it was in Classic Calendar.Also would be better if the view selection of Week/Month was sticky so that whenever selecting Events in the sidebar it returned to the most recently selected view instead of going back to the Events list every time - maybe just add a Calendar link to the left panel/sidebar that goes to that view?

Archive all information at Admin Account settings
The request is to allow for Archiver tool to archive voicemail, SMS and Fax at Admin Account level instead of at the My Extension level. This would mean that it works in the same way the admin can do this for Call Recording. Without this, each user must be enabled and the user may have the ability to "undo" this and the customer may have to archive via API or a 3rd party app.
