detect call status if meeting ends early
We integrate RingCentral into our email and calendar, but sometimes meetings end early, and even when the call is over, everyone's status is still red until the end of the meeting. Would it be possible to have the meeting owner or someone be able to end the meeting early so everyone's RingCentral status goes back to green?

Call waiting for queue calls
There should be an ability to have call waiting for queue calls as using an IVR with set queues is the easiest way of having an overall system and using simultaneous rings for the same phone number that's a direct line vs using a queue for the IVR is a laborious set up process and tends to complicate a phone system for businesses and the customers.

Calendar presence should not allow incoming calls in the app
Calendar presence should not allow incoming calls in the app if in meeting status.This feature will help especially if in a meeting and not to receive calls. Status was automatically changed to in meeting thus it helps if this feature will be implemented.

Update Fax rendering Tool for PDF Files
Hi Team,Please find time to check and update the Fax render tool to support more fonts from PDF Files. currently, if an original PDF file uses Arial font (see attached Original PDF.pdf), all entries with Arial font will not show once the fax has been sent (see attached Sent Fax.pdf). Fax will only be shown properly if the original PDF file's fonts are changed (see page 3 of fax with fonts changed). We would to send faxes as how it was received via PDF, we don't have to change all fonts prior sending the files as faxes.

We would like to partition the corporate directory by site
We want to have the ability to limit what shows up in the corporate directory to the site the employee is working out of. Meaning, if the account has 3000 users on it and I work at a site with 50 users I should only be able to locate those 50 users in the contacts/corp directory

Forward from admin portal to phone mailbox
Similar to Entcom-I-69 I believe, but we have a workflow need for staff using the web interface to check a queue voicemail box to be able to then forward the message to a phone extension, not an email.

add a delegator role
I'd like a delegator role to be made for people who set up a lot of meetings company wide. such as HR and recruiters. the role would just automatically add the user as a delegate for every employee of the company, or for specific branches like the other roles.

Please fix audit filters so they work
When you filter in the audit table for "Disabled" you also get the "Enables"This is not operating as intended so it is considered broken.The current solution is to download the list into Excel then further filter out the Enables.???

Hi. I am looking for a way to essentially set up a "speakerphone button" (or control-key shortcut) when using RingCentral app on my desktop. Normally, I like to use the headset mic and earphones. But sometimes I'd like to use a "speakerphone" --- actually my Logitech webcam mic and the computer speakers.RingCentral remembers the different default audio mic/speaker source between phone and video. Rather than ask each time I submit a case about my time zone, email/ phone preference, or if the data is correct -- simply establish a default info set-up by user, so we don't have to enter the same info, every case. Thanks

Call on behalf of other site locations
Hi, We may, on occasions, be making Sales calls on behalf of another site location and wish to present that locations site number instead of the user/site who is calling. For example, Heathfield wish to make sales calls on behalf of our Airdrie site and wish to present our local Airdrie number. This can be important for customer engagement with new and existing customers. Could our site location numbers be made available in the call from drop down box on all platforms, mobile app, desktop, Deskphone?Thanks

Able to use a TFN as a valid contact phone for extensions
Allowing user extension to use TFN number as Contact Phone, currently the system only allows to use local numbers on Contact Phone.
