  2. We have a large account and as we add more users, the users page loads so slowly because the webUI enumerates ever user in the system. Could we eliminate virtual extensions from the search and reduce the user enumeration to 500 and load only the next 500 when requested by clicking next page?

  7. Every day I (as the owner) get new matters that I need to deal with - I don't assign them immediately to any particular employee because I need to deal with preliminary matters first. But I create the task so I don't forget it.   12. This is mostly a privacy concern, but also is very confusing for new users. When a new user is "selecting" their emergency address, this field should either show only the main company address, maybe also show any additional addresses from multi-site mode. If this isn't possible then it should just not auto-populate at all. Having it list all user addresses that have ever been entered is not acceptable. Granted, this list does not show which address belongs to whom, but seeing thousands of addresses that belong to current and past employees in a list like this should not be a…

  13. A default company team was created at the creation of the account. The use of this team chat was abandoned as there was limited control of users. However, every new employee that joins the company has access to this old team chat, which contains former employee names and all past conversations. That makes no sense from a privacy or security stand point. I cant believe RC has not addressed this yet.

  14. When having the main line forward to a group that rings out to certain users it should be able to also display the caller ID. It is extremely disappointing that this doesn't already exist as the phone number ID is displayed in the same situation making it difficult to understand why the caller ID name would not be displayed. In fact the inflexibility of programing groups is extremely frustrating. This shouldnt have to be developed, this should already by a feature.

  15. Some folks communicate with me over SMS, especially those who don't work at my agency. Some folks communicate over RC Messaging. On the Windows, Web and Mobile app, I'm constantly losing messages or toggling between the phone tab (to get SMS messages) and the message tab (to get RC Messages).These are all messages. They should be in a single pane of glass. Requiring multiple clicks / taps to toggle between them is annoying and discourages me from using either.Additionally, putting SMS messaging under the same tab as the phone icon feels a little like an 'old' way of looking at…

  17. If a phone number is typed in followed immediately by pressing enter (to start the call) it doesn't dial the number and the enter key needs to be pressed again. If the enter key button press is delayed by a few milliseconds the number can be dialed. Please remove this delay or at the very least make this configurable in the settings.

  18. It's easier to glance at a phone number before dialing with the dashes in place, that way typos are easier to spot. Thankfully the dashes are added after the call is started but at that point it's often too late.

  20. This is a great feature that I have tried while calling other businesses. Their system answers the phone and will say "press 1 and we will text you a link to our online ordering" it could also be used for "press 2 and we will text you a link for exact directions to our business"
