Send calls to Teams in E164 format.Teams is expecting calls from Ring Central (direct routing provider) to be sent in E164 format, which is a standard.This would properly resolve numbers to our Teams and Outlook contacts.

Text responding to incoming phone calls
on the desktop app on incoming phone calls you text back responses like “will call you back in 10mins” but on the mobile app that is not avaialble I have to just let the phone call go to voicemail

Per-user outbound caller ID list customization and search feature.
We have 281 company numbers and it would be nice if we could customize the outbound caller ID list list on a per-user basis so that users would only see the numbers they need to call out of. Currently, they have to wade through every single company number to choose the one they want. We can set the default one for them with a template, but some users regularly need to make calls from multiple company numbers. A search feature would also be nice in the RingCentral app on desktop app and RingCentral Mobile apps when selecting a "Call from:"…

User group access call log of the same user group
☐I have sales department that for training purposes would like to access call log for their own department. I don't want them to be in manager/admin group because they should not see call log of management or CEO.

Remove Minimum Threshold for Recording a call (<60 seconds currently)
I was told by support that call duration that are less then 60 seconds are not recorded. This minimum should be removed as all calls should be recorded when call recording feature is turned on. There can definitely be calls that have duration that are less then 60 seconds but still important for them to be recorded.

Change presence and queue call availability from tray icon in Windows RC Desktop App
Should be able to right-click the RC App tray icon, in Windows, and select your presence status along with being able to accept queue calls. Instead users are required to fully open the RC App and change the status by selecting their profile avatar and choosing a status. This functionality is available with Microsoft Teams and other UCaaS solutions. Currently users have 2 options when right-clicking the tray icon (Bring to front and Quit).

It would remove most of our incoming call handling costs if we could block all foreign exchange transfer companies, mobile phone companies and energy suppliers.We would happily pay for a service to block a maintained list of these problem callers.

Have a faster way of changing the deskphone's outbound caller ID without having to get into the web portal
The method of using the mobile app and the desktop app in conjunction with the web login both worked, but the method is way too involved for the Users.

Allow for custom Dial by Name greeting.
We have a professionally recorded dial by name greeting. Says the same thing but using the same voice we use for our auto attendant and on-hold recordings.

Add the same email as trusted email for fax for multiple users
Currently we can add an email to only one user. It would be better to have the ability to add the same email for multiple users. And specially when we're sending those requests through transactional mailing platform like Mandrill/sendgrid.

Admin can change other users' presence status and presence message
If a user doesn't show up for work (calls out sick, for example), their Available/Busy status cannot be updated by anyone else, so all other users see their presence as whatever their last status was, and they think that the user is at their desk when they are not there. It would be helpful if an Admin user could change other users' Available/Busy status, and the presence message, so that all other users would know the true status of the user.

Export phone numbers including serial numbers for desk phone
I would like to download all the phone numbers on the account inluding the serial numbers of the desk phones. As for now, we can only download the phone numbers and the make and model of the desk phones.

Assign CCP to multiple Cost Centers
Administrators need to be able to determine which Cost Center triggered a CCP so that they can bill it back to the site assigned to this cost center. Some organizations have 100s of sites and therefore 100s of Cost Centers.

Remotely manage user status
RC have confirmed it's not possible for me to remotely change a user's status. EG, they've gone to lunch without signing out, or I want to push someone to available from unavailable. Currently, I have to call customer care to do this, or log in as the user.

Automatic Billing address correction in the RC billing address database
Having frequent issues when updating the credit card on file in the RC web portal on the billing address.It would be better if RC has an automated system that fix the issue with the billing address once the address was detected accurate.Even better if the RC database is in sync with the banking billing address records to avoid encountering issues when billing address error. This will save the customer's time contacting their bank for their billing address record wherein it is already stated on their billing statement, however, the RC database will still gives an error of incorrect billing address.

Hide Tasks In Conversation Option
Use Tasks for assignments and not clutter up the Messages/Conversations which can be used for immediate info sharing while the tasks can be on a separate page. Notifications of Task Due can be in Messages but not the whole box. This should be an option to hide from the Messages but still have in the Task/ Calendar so that we have a choice.
