Overflow queue needs to have the option to ring a group simultaneously rather than ONLY sequentially
The bug that was found is that instead of ringing all the members of the Rollover Queue when the operator is busy, it rings the members of the Rollover Queue in sequential order until the Maximum caller wait time in queue limit is reached, then it transfers the call to the Rollover Queue.

Text and Contact organizing
In my specific role, I send a large number of texts every day that correlates to a set of contacts. Right now they just appear as an endless stream of texts. I would have the option to organize these into folders by date. This would allow me to easily access who I have reached out to and would let me organize them to easily access in the future. I believe having the option to organize contacts and texts and even calls into folders would be invaluable to all departments

Add User Alternate First and Last Name
Provide fields to specify an alternate first and last name for users. This will help when a user has recently changed their last name, and unaware callers attempt to reach them via the dial-by-name feature using the previous name. It will also help callers to reach a user via dial-by-name when that user has alternate first names (e.g. Charlie, Chuck, etc.)

Include Site Numbers in Company Directory - multisite setup
We have DIDs assigned as site numbers, and these represent the main line number for the given site/branch. Users within our company would like to be able to easily look up a branch and call the main line number. I would be happy enough if I could just manually add entries to the Company Directory. I'd like these entries to appear when searcing within the GLIP, or when using a physical desk phone.

Option to send pictures to a five digit text number
It is not possible right now to send a photo to a five digit number, it must be a full number. This makes it very difficult when traveling

Add RingCentral as a carrier to the SMS notification feature on call queue voicemails.
There is currently no way to get notification on the RingCentral Mobile app when a call is left in a call queue voice mail. If RingCentral was added as a carrier, an SMS notification could be sent to the call queue member's RingCentral numbers.Alternate is to add an option to send a message to the call queue member's via the mobile app.

Mass VoiceMail (Broadcast)
Every phone system since the 90's had a feature to send a global or mass voicmail message to all phones or a group of user's . I would like to add this feature, since many have physical phones and text messaging isn't an option. It is a significant way to communicate to users. Simple and efficent. Also Tracking on who listened to the voicemail would be nice, but not necessary. This would be an Admin portal feature only. A recorded file would be uploaded and distributed.

Listen to Recorded Calls Through Mobile App
It would be nice if we could listen to the recorded calls through the mobile app. It always takes me a while to figure out where it's located in the admin panel. Having it available in the app would make it much easier to find and listen to especially if you're not near a computer.

Silence notification for call pickup when the user is set to Do Not Disturb
Even dispatchers need a lunch break.Currently if an extension is assigned to a Pickup Member for a call queue, notifications that a call is available to be picked up still occur when the ext is set to DND. There is no way to silence the notification in the RC App and the only solution offered is to log out.

When updates/ new releases are scheduled send customers an email notification with changes to expected ahead of implementation.

RC Admin Portal - "We are sorry. Your request cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later." with no explanation.
Many of RC's processes, including re-assigning existing users to new phones, re-assigning existing phones to new users, moving numbers to inventory, adding a secondary digital line to an existing user, etc. are not intuitive and require a deep understanding of how your system behaves. This generic error message is useless and occurs frequently. If I can't complete a process because of some obscure reason, please indicate that in the error message so I don't have to spend 30 minutes with chat support.

Allow call forwarding (NOT TRANSFER) to a soft endpoint (i.e. computer) like the old version did
Allow call FORWARDING (not TRANSFER) from one soft endpoint to another. The older Ring Central Phone app had this. The new Ring Central Desktop app does not. Removing existing features from a new product seems counter-intuitive.

Admin View to see Addons/Integrations
Currently there is no way to view any Integrations or addons in the Admin Panel. We'd love to be able to see if any folks have enabled anything on our account, this seems like a nice security feature.

Automated Daylight saving switch for Main IVR Custom Rules over multiple regions
Useful for Cloudflare inbound Sales call routing to auto adjust hours in the Main IVR Custom rules for each of our 3 world regionsFor PST -> PDT and PDT->PST changes we have to manually adjust the working hours for UK and Singapore (APAC and EMEA regions)Ideally there could be a second and third option for Date/time in custom rules under the Main IVR to allow it to toggle at a user defined date/time to match regional Daylight Savings Time adjustments for each region.I'm happy to demonstrate as it will save me having to create multiple rules for the same region…

Call Queue ring simultaneously the overflow into another call queue simultaneously
Could there be a way like most on premise solutions to have calls coming into a call queue ring it simultaneously. then after a certain number of ring overflow into another queue and ring those extensions simultaneously.
