  1. I understand that we can set a custom status and I understand that there are 6 "canned" statuses. I would like the ability to either edit those 6 canned "slots" or add my own custom statuses that I might use frequently. I would find this super useful during work from home times.Examples: "Picking up the kiddo from school", "Away for lunch", etc.

  2. Captioning for RC video is wonderful for those of us with hearing deficiencies. It would be great if the desktop and or mobile app extrended that same technology

  3. I have been asked if there is a way to access past fax, message and call history for employees and ex-employees, several times. Looking through RC, I am finding that this option is not available. Adding this as a function in the admin console of RC would be an amazing help. RC is all about communication. Document management is also a piece of the communication puzzle, just more of the administration side.

  4. When calls are blind transferred, I do not see the caller ID of the original caller. I only see the internal caller ID.

  5. The Email Digest that gets sent when we used to miss a chat message would display the chat message contents in the email. This was recently changed. Now their is only a Reply fuction but I have no idea what I am replying to.Having this feature helps when we are out of office or in meetings and need to respond.We do not want to install RC apps on our personal cell phones.

  6. According to your site you allow up to 100 receiptients for bulk text messages. There should be a way to create contact groups so if you need to send text messages to a group of people on a regular basis, you can simply select that group and send the message. Similar to teams, however, these recipents do not have RC accounts, but still need to receive text messages from an RC phone number.

  7. To have the ability, to define only by creator, if the task status is able or not, to be modified by the non-creator in case if task is overdue.In case if the flag=false/disabled the update function is disabled for non-creator users in case if task is overdue.

  10. If we try to backup all users recorded calls with the archiver, is there a way to tell the size of that data before we try to download it? Recorded calls can be large in size so I want to make sure our FTP server has enough space

  11. Currently, voicemails can be download or forwarded to an email address one by one.Would like to add an option to select all or at least select multiple voicemail to be downloaded or forwarded to an email address in service web.

  12. Useful so there is continuity between all RC users assigned a task. Ability to filter tasks more efficiently. Currently no way to delete categories once created and anyone can create new ones at any time. This is causing confusion, and it would benefit all users to have a uniform category section. Recommend Admin/Super Admin editing privileges only.

  13. We just got the December update allowing videos to be messaged within the mobile app. It's great. But we want to have this ability within the desktop and the ability to video text people outside the company

  15. ...up and have our call score be set lower.. So we have been working on finding a way around soft phones being marked
    with an auto 80 phone score. We have a lot of outbound calls that are
    marked as unknown or it is just the number. From what we have found this is
    really common and there is really no way around it besides paying your
    phone provider to show a better caller ID. I know our CNAME is set and we
    have been registered with all phone providers. What we want to know is if

When you have the google extension and the RC App opened and that a call comes in, if you click on "ignore" on the google extension the RC App will still keep ringing and you have to also click on "send to voicemail" on the Rc app. Is it possible to link both apps and if "ignore" is clicked on the Google extension it also sends it to voicemail on the RC App.

  18. There are a few guest users on my team and previously they were able to start video calls but something has changed and they are no longer able to start the call. Please change it back so anyone can initiate a call with anyone on the team.

    yes, that is our question Thank you for the confirmation. I see what you're trying to say. Our only options at the moment would be to answer the call and press the HOLD button, or just ignore and route the call to voicemail. We currently don't have that auto-hold feature available.   20. currently when I want to call a co-worker from the Android/iOS app I have to either memorize their extension, search their name in our company contacts, or scroll through the company contacts to find them.Adding a Home Screen or even the HUD from the desktop app would allow me to call my most commonly contacted people without taking the extra steps of finding them.
