  3. We have Google Contacts synchronized on the app with all information. When we send fax using the same app, it does not auto-populate the recipient information (like first and last name, company and business phone etc..) in the cover page.

I updated my RingCentral app on my Mac a while back (now version 21.2.10.452 Web, 21.2.10.949 Mac) and since then, an important feature no longer works: links with a non-.com URL that are posted in rooms are no longer clickable, meaning I need to copy and then paste them into browsers manually (for us that includes an internal URL ending in .pvt even though it's https).Can we get that link function restored?

My Customer Service Agents frequently call customers to remind them of things like their payment is due, policy is about to cancel, etc. They currently have to verbally read a script if they reach a customer's voice mail. It gets repetitive so they would like to be able to record about a half-dozen messages, and be able to play those instead of speaking.

  9. A setting that would allow us to customize the default greeting for our user's conference line. Currently, when a client calls into a meeting, it says "welcome to the ringcentral conference line." We would like it to say "Welcome to the {Company Name} conference line." It adds a level of professionalism to the process for us. We were able to do it with Dialpad/UberConference but we just recently switched to RingCentral and were disappointed to find that we could not customize this greeting.

  11. Add the ability to configure specific numbers that would override the Do Not Disturb setting. Use case is for someone who is on call after hours for emergencies, who may want to set RingCentral to Do Not Disturb for general calls and messages but still needs to receive calls that are coming from the emergency dispatch number. Similar to what iPhone currently has where you can set the ability for a number to still come through as a call when your phone is in Do Not Disturb mode.

  12. We have a customer who has a single shared line with 8 phones. They need two way communication (intercom) internally on their shared line. Is there anyway we can get internal shared line intercom functionality? There are 8 phones in this group with a total of 4 lines. If you think about the way landline phones work if they pickup a phone on line 1. Then a second user picks up another phone selects the same line. That functions as a two way communication with both users being able to talk on that line similar to how intercom would work.…

  13. Users with Desk phones will have access to Call Queue voicemailsFor example, we have a call queue with custom rules to send calls to different users. If a caller leaves a voicemail it should go to the intended recipient of the call queue (or at least to the voicemail box of all managers assigned to the call queue)

  14. Robert Half wants to enable SMS for all users and have any customer able to opt out to SMS which should then be honored for every RC extension. If one of their clients requests to stop SMS, than nobody at Robert Half should be able to SMS that number.

  19. Current voicemails are saved in m4a using aac which is a lossy format. Converting to alac still using m4a would provide a lossless format and better quality for our business needs.
