The customer wanted to create multiple call forwarding for different destinations per user based on the schedule.

Clear Company Contact listed within own extension that don't exist in Account Portal.
Would like to have a company contact cleared/deleted from own extension company contacts that is not listed in the account/portal. This was once a test extension that sync'd but is no longer an extension user.

Hide Contact Center Numbers from Being Used as Caller ID
We have many numbers added to our Contact Center (InContact) and these numbers show up to users as selectable caller ID numbers. It would be very beneficial to hide these numbers from users as alot of the numbers are for different call Q's within our inContact contact center and should not be used for making outbound caller ID's

Allow Custom Wallpaper on Cisco phones
Branding customization should be easily available. We can easily add wallpaper manually, but when the phone re-syncs, the RC wallpaper returns.

Staff want a different ring tone for external calls verses internal calls.
They answer external calls during set hours, but answer internal calls at all times.

Add Company Name Field to RingCentral App
We are using the Windows version of the RingCentral app (version 22.4.34.6382 Windows).On the main call log screen, it shows the Caller's Name that we add on the Contact Card, but it'd be nice if we could also see the Company Name field that is on their contact card.

I want the ability to ignore calls coming in on a call queue
Our calls all come in on a call queue, so the phone rings everybody in the office. If I know the call isn't for me, I would like to be able to ignore the call. Currently when I click "ignore", it stops ringing for a second, then just starts ringing again. So basically the ignore button does nothing. Can you make it so clicking ignore stops that call from ringing me (or anyone else who clicks ignore)?

Secondary option in Call Queue setting where we can set in there an external call forwarding for each call queue member
It will be nice to have a secondary or option directly in call queue setting wherein we can add or customize an external number for each members

RC Desktop Contacts does not display or search Company Name
Hi there.Windows 10RC Desktop version 22.1.31.2866 Windows (x64)I sync my iPhone contacts to Microsoft 365 and have connected RC Contacts to Microsoft 365 as a viable way to sync my mobile phone contacts list with RC.I have many contact entries which comprise a business name entered in the Company field, with no Firstname or Lastname entered as it's an entry for a company or business, not a person.RC does not dislay the Company name in Contacts. All I get is numerous entries with a phone number only.The Business name field exists and is displayed when I click "View profile".RC Contacts…

Call logs that include transfers
Currently call logs are only able to show calls that have come through on direct lines, but now how they were then handled internally. Say, if a caller made a call to the main line, then the call was transferred to another person in the organisation, we cannot see that detail currently. All we can see is that a person called and was on the phone with someone on teh main line for a few seconds, then the call ends.
