  2. We have experienced several instances where making changes to the text-to-speech content in our IVR menus does not actually apply. The changes are saved but they do not apply and we have to copy/paste the content back in a couple of times to finally get the change to commit.We do not raise support requests for this issue anymore because the engineers just tell us to stop using text-to-speech, but what they do not understand is that we a large customer, text-to-speech is the best option for us because we have over 400 IVR menus and using audio recordings and dealing…

  3. External caller transferred to an extension that would just ring a pager and hang up.We have a phone line displayed outside of our shop that a truck driver can call from their cell phone. The idea would be that the driver enters an IVR menu and is promted to press 1 (helps avoid spam too.) After pressing 1 a loud speaker such as the Algo 8180 inside the shop will ring once or play 1 audio file and the caller would then be sent to a message and the call is then disconnected.Sometimes our shop is noisy and the regular…

  5. We have many departments that have more than one message they want to play while a caller is on hold. I think having the option to add more than one Interrupt Prompt would be very useful to those departments that have multiple messages they would like to give callers.

  6. Currently, RingCentral does not allow users to access free conference call lines through their phones or through the RingCentral mobile app. This is a suggestion to grant users the ability to host conference calls using RingCentral devices.

Before the end of September 2022, the enter key of the NUMPAD used to work when dialing on the RING Central Desktop app. For example, you dial the number on the dial pad and then press enter on the numpad. This is greatly effecient for many of us that make frequent calls because we would use the numpad to dial the number then enter to dial the number. Easy. Now the feature is gone, with no replacing feature. Why? There is no reason to remove it. Please reinstate it.

  8. If you program park keys as a presence key there is no park hold recall timer. Ring Central only offers park hold recall for global park keys and not for the presence park keys.

  11. Imprivata is a secure MFA solution typically installed on a device such as a cellphone. Since we are not issued cellphones, RingCentral is our only business solution for phone and SMS, it would only make sense for Imprivata to function through RC as well.

The RingCentral plugin in SFDC only allows us to log the call to 1 single ticket (related to case)In the example attached , a customer was called to follow up on 2 cases, but only one of them could be selected under "related to" This call should be reflected in both cases and not just one option.

  14. This would be great when trying to join a call that uses a pin/number password to enter. For instance, you dial a number, and in the options afterwards, you have to enter a pin. On your mobile phone you can enter something like 111-111-1111,,,1234. Apparently, RC does not have this feature. Please add it.Thank you

  15. Currently when playing a voicemail it plays the name of the caller, if not available the caller ID number, but not both. It would be nice to have the following per our staff request...1. the option in mailbox settings to allow you to turn on/off the envelope informaiton (was in Shoretel/Mitel in the past)2. Play both the name and number3. Play the number more slowly4. Have the ability to "rewind" so you can replay the last section without having to re-hear the entire message.

  16. In my situation I use a desk phone in the office and the ring central app on my cell phone when out of the office. I don't like for both of them to ring simultaneously. It would be useful to be able to assign a specific extension to the desk phone, and separate extensions to the desktop app, and cell phone app that way we can transfer calls to the particular device we want without having to ring all or waiting for it to ring at each device.

  17. There is no available German spelling checker on the RingCentral Phone App. The only ones availalbe are EN (UK), EN (U.S.), Spanish (Spain), Spanish (Latin America), French (EU), French (Canada) and Portuguese (Brazil).

  18. When going to the text tab in the Office@hand desktop app and clicking on the three dots , User is not getting the option to mark the message as "Read" or "Unread" , they only see that option in the mobile app

When the iphone is on the lockscreen and an incoming RC call comes in, the call is incorrectly routed through the iOS native phone app and thus is answered in the native phone app. Proper behavior should be for the call to be routed to the RC app and thus answered within the RC app.The proper behavior does occur when the phone is unlocked, so this issue is limited to only when the iPhone is locked when the call comes in.

  20. When using the dark theme in the RC phone app, links in some text messages are hard to read in the standard blue/purple link color. Having the ability to change the color to something that is easier for the user to read would be nice.
