Forwarding from read-only teams
Why I can't forward messages from read-only chats? It looks ridiculous. I can read this message, copy it thru clipboard or even make screenshot and send anybody. This disabling is only complicating such action for me. I don't know any other good messenger with this function disabled.If we're trying to make some teams and groups more secure - let's follow at least android apps way (not sure that iOS has same, but most probably yes) - there's setting on app level or even each team/group (e.g. telegram) where you can enable such restriction. Related that email alert on Call recording I don’t want my users to receive that email alert that recording has been switched on. where I can edit this setting Being an owner and Admin of this account I don’t want any alert email to go any user email. RESTRICT ALL. I am saying what if any user call you for any changes in settings?

Block the ability to transfer calls to queues numbers
Sometimes agents abuse transfering calls to queues extensions, would it be very helpful if the admins have the ability to block transfers to queue extension numbers specially blind transfers.

Provide the ability to mark SMS as "unread" within MVP
We offer the ability to mark all messaging tools as unread BUT SMS. VM, Fax, Messaging, etc. Providing this option allows for a user to provide themselves with the unread notification reminder for follow up.

RingCentral App and RingCentral Service Sync user information
I am really not sure why this has not happened yet, but it would make complete sense to have the Service Center, where all users and phone profiles are setup to sync across with the RingCentral App. I am specifically referring to a User Profile, such as location, title, extension, mobile number, direct number, extension, email, call handling details and such. It almost seems like there are pieces of them that sync, but nothing like a full and fluid sync. We have desperately tried to make the location and details, including mobile numbers and Direct numbers sync between the phone…

Send Fax attachment to email if OBi doesn't pickup
This will make is so we won't miss faxes if the OBi doesn't pick up. It will send a fax attachment to the email attached to the extension like it does if you fet a fax on a normal extension.

Fax notification.
Okay so we have a Polycom OBi box setup on a copier for faxes but we've been experiencing issues lately that it won't pickup sometimes so is there a way to send the fax to an email if the copier doesn't pick it up.Kind of like how if you fax to an extension, it will send a copy of the fax to the email attached to the extension.

Voicemail-to-text to capture multiple languages concurrently
It would be very helpful if voicemail-to-text could have the ability to capture multiple languages at the same time, regardless of which language is selected for User Language, in cases where incoming calls are split between multiple languages.

Rename file automatically before saved in Archiver
We recently found the ability to store our all of our recorded calls into our SFTP Files.com. We would like to be able to change the naming convention if possible. troubleshooting button.
Add a troubleshooting button we can access on any page when something goes wrong we can hit the button and run a quick diagnostic check so when we call in we can tell you exactly what the issue is and we can get a quick fix instruction from you. This way we don't spend all day being useless trying to guess what's wrong and waste time fixing stuff that ain't broke.

Star codes to log in and out of a Call Queue on Deskphone
We have star codes to log in and out of a Hotdesk phone, but this would allow the user to log in and out of a call queue (provided they have the proper role) on your physical phone without having to use MVP or go into the Admin Portal. This is already a feature that is a toggle on the MVP app, so it should be easy enough to implement the same idea as a star code on RC Provisioned phones.

Incoming Caller ID Name Full Display
Customer is looking for an option for the RingCentral App to display the full name of a incoming call. As per customer it does show when they Hover their mouse cursor to the name of the caller which will have a mini window that will appear on your pointer showing the full name. Customer would like to have the information display automatically

Add Microsoft Contacts to Ring Central in Teams
We tried to primarily use Ring CEntral within TEams as that is our organizational app and we wanted to use Ring Central as the backbone of our service. However, it doesn't pull in any of the users contacts or recognize them in Caller ID. This works in the Ring Central app. It even works in Ring Central in Outlook. It just doesn't work in Teams. If the info is in Office 365 and in Ring Central, I don't see why it can't be pulled into the Ring Central app in Teams.

Admin access to enable generic accounts
From a client- Just thought of something that would make my life easier, I have some generic accounts that are Enabled, but not Activated. That’s because it’s just a generic email and there is no one to click the activate button. Right now I have to call or chat with RC tech support to get those accounts activated. I would LOVE if I could do this myself.

Make the 4 digit extension the default for copy and share in a company
:bulb: Can someone please suggest to RC, that when I want to forward (copy and forward) a text, say from a candidate to my teammate who has the job, I should be able to put that in the normal 4 digit extension thread, not have to send it to the 10 digit phone number thread. If you can speak to this, great, but it's an RC suggestion for their software, etc.

Disable editing user details in user extension level
Feature in custom roles to about disabling the employees capability to change the extension details such as name, email, and contact info of their individual extension
