Set change timer on status 'do not disturb' back to 'available'
When attending a meeting (live or video) the RC status can be set to 'do not disturb' to avoid incoming calls. After the meeting it is often forgotten to set status back to 'available'. It would be very useful to set a timer to automatic change it back.

Quick Input Change
Would like drop down on a toolbar that allows me to quickly change what mic/headset I am using without having to drill down through the settings every time. I use boht a wired and wireless headset. And it is a HUGE pain to have to keep changing it in the settings.

allow email address as login to to service web when accessing voicemail message only
cannot login if using email address for message only extension but it works if using the RC main + extension number

detailed user forwarding settings report
I would like to find out all the extensions that are forwarding to other extensions/numnbers we are doing a user audit without having to go to each users profile and checking if their ext.number is forwarding

Make Dynamics 365 for mobile work like on desktop
Hello, I am a RingCentral subscriber and we are implementing a new Dynamics 365 environment with RingCentral integration. It works fine from Edge or Chrome on the desktop, but on the mobile app Dynamics wants to use the native iPhone dialer to call out. There should be an integration for the RingCentral mobile, or a way to set RingCentral as the native outbound dialer for iPhone.

Play Button for Text-to-speech on Record User Name
RingCentral has the feature wherein users can listen to how the system reads the Record User Name under Users > User Details > General.This let users listen to how it sounds rather than having to call and wait for the voicemail to kick in to test.

Option to have same email domain sign up for a separate account
Option to have same email domain sign up for a separate account. It would also be a great addition if there will be option to allow users to sign up on their own separate account using the company domain. What is happening now is that when you use the same email domain to sign up a separate account, it is not creating a new one but instead creating a new user extension to the primary account of the company.

Direct message scheduling
Different from your current schedule task feature.This benefits the sender. The functionality should mimic sms. Just the simple ability to schedule communications to individuals or set direct teams. The ability to include attachments is necessary. For an example on Monday at 0900 message delivers to recipients- such as " on call sign up". I may be in another meeting at that time. But if I can plan for that prior that improves communication and functionality of your tool.

Allow Disable Email Notification for Call Queue Voicemail to Co-Recipient
With the rollout of the feature in ENTCOM-I-84 (see https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Managing-share...), Feature is indeed implemented, though to get it to work I had to have a support agent turn it on for our company account.One point of note, it would seem that once you add co-recipients to a Call Queue, when a new voice message comes in those co-recipients are being notified by email of the new VM. notification when monitored users received a phone
it is useful if there will be an automatic notification showing that a specific user being monitored on the RC desktop app receives or currently engaged on a call so that we can listen to it right away without needing to go to the HUD manually.

Custom modification of extension permissions in Admin Portal
Creating a custom role for permission sets to start as a base is painstaking if an Admin only needs to change a minor permission on a user's permission set. Especially if it is only for one user and is not something that you need a custom role template created for that may not be applied to multiple users. Maybe a modify button under roles/permissions that offers an option to select or deselect individual permissions and Include the functionality of permission dependancies. Make an option in the admin portal to force RC mobile app logout only
Right now the only way to force a user to log out of the mobile app is to disable the extension which causes immediate logout on both the desktop and the mobile app. To avoid disruption we'd like an option to force log out only one one app or the other as well as both.

Minimized At Startup
This has other ideas already submitted, but they're all old and it still hasn't been added.Most programs with an autostart at boot feature allow the user to set it to open minimized to the tray. This has been a requested feature for years and it still hasn't been implemented, which is a grand disappointment. Although a mere annoyance, I dislike having to wait for RC to load before I can close it to the taskbar every time I log into my computer. Such a basic feature should have been available at launch and it's high time it was added.

Remove Fax Tab in the App
cx requested to have an option to remove the fax tab in the app // they already turned off fax feature online and changed number to voice only but the fax tab in the app is not being removed
