  2. If a company using Ring Central does not send outbound SMS there should be a place to note we do not use a SMS Campaign. We keep receiving emails to register however it is not applicable to a Funeral Home.

  6. Would like to have a report generated for when a user goes into "Offline" status. In the Audit Log, we are able to see if a user is in DND and when they are available, but not for when they are "Offline"

We have customer's requesting to separate the ringer source for Text notifications giving them the capability to continue using the headset and when stepping away from desk will still hear the PC speaker ringing using a customize ringtone.This applies to all RC app platform as the by default it always use the audio output selected to use the headset.Example:Audio output for voice -using HeadsetText Notification audio output -set to speaker.Result: Loud ringtone for Txt messaging while keeping the headset use the audio outpuExpectation: Both audio output should work independently.This feature had been requested for years now by Desktop Masters

When a member of a call queue is scheduled to be unavailable to answer calls within the queue, I would like to schedule the changes ahead of time to remove that person and add other members to fill in for that queue (to cover for the unavailable person). Then set a schedule to switch it back when that person returns. The way it is now, even when I know ahead of time that these changes need to be made, I have to wait until the right time to make those changes otherwise it would be all wrong.if I tried to…

Is it possible to tag incoming calls with a warning?Within our spam filtering our company messaging (outlook/exchange) it is possible to tag an email that is coming from an external sender, not from someone inside the company.Would it be possible to do the same thing with incoming calls from countries that have been added to our whitelist? This might be a good security utility to alert our users when a call comes from a Whitelisted number, to be aware it could possibly be a scam.

  13. I hope that you may be able to take a look at this considering to update the system limitation feature. Like if someone have 2 units PC and laptop and using the same account for ringcentral phone, both of them would synchronize. For example, I have already read a certain message from my laptop, then when I open my PC, it should be mark as read too because the current system sees these as two different end points so it wont update the notification when switching between the two so it's kind of confusing and time consuming when you manually…

Customer requests that NiC CX One provides the ability for Contact Center Work Hour customization ie 2 am to 2 am(rather than 12 to 12) for automated report generation.   20. When employees are out sick, other members of the company would need to see the messages that are being sent to their Teams. Please find a way for messages under Teams to be sent to admin without having to log into other people's RC accounts..
