RingCentral unified app (Jupiter) to display presence that is uniform between multiple RingCentral app platforms
Description:We need to have the RingCentral Unified app HUD to display complete presence information (On a call, Unavailable, etc...) of Users who are using different app platforms of RingCentral (ie. RingCentral Phone). Currently the Unified app HUD can only display Available and DND status of Users who are using the RingCentral Phone app. We do not want to force our Users to transition from the RingCentral Phone app to the RingCentral Unified app due to our company's usage policy.

Delay App Updates When App is in Use
Customers have stated that the RC MVP App has initiated updates and restarted the application at very inconvenient times. Recently, there was case submitted where an update was auto initiated during a customer's meeting with their department. Application should not be able to auto initiate updates while app is in use. Customers are requesting this be included in a future update of the app.

SMS not supported notification
Looking for an option to notify the sender that SMS is not supported.SMS seems to be showing "sent" to the sender. even the customer's SMS is not enabled/supported yet. is seems that SMS from clients was ignored.

Outbound directory name showing in supervisor application
within RCCC when an agent makes an outbound call through the MAX directory the number shows within the supervisor application not the name the agent has chosen to dial. Cruise would like supervisors to see that name of the organisation the agents are calling from the directory

Ability to disable DND feature through Admin Portal on phones used in common areas
The ability to completely disable DND features on phones that are used in Lobby areas, or other areas worked by multiple people, would be very helpful. We have found that the DND button will be pressed/bumped by accident on one of these high priority phones, and since it isn't tied to a specific user, it can sometimes be difficult to track down the issue. Not to mention that while the issue is being looked into, communications are being prevented by DND. By allowing this feature to be enable/disabled completely through the Admin Portal, these issues could be avoided.

Bulk Enable Users after Locked out by fail login attempts
Multiple users got attacked by external scripts on anonymous servers, and they got logged out of their RingCentral services. To bulk enable users's account, we would like to have a function to mass enable accounts instead of going into individual accounts to enable the users again.

Looking for a way to not send automatic email alerts to users added/removed to and from the phone monitoring queues
This would be helpful for admins to be able to decide if an email alert should be sent to an employee for monitoring purposes.

Sync Desktop Contacts with Cell Phone App Contacts
Currently My desktop App Contacts do not sync with my mobile app contacts despite using the same login information. If I am unable to be in the office I cannot access my clients numbers from my cellphone app. And who wants to type in all that information twice

Missed Calls: Clear Notification Without Deleting
On the RingCentral display on my PC, when I miss a call it is added to a list in my recent calls and it is highlighted with a dot indicating it was missed. Also, the Icon in my desktop ap tray displays a red dot indicating I have a missed call. What is frustrating is I cannot get that red dot to disappear unless I go to recent calls and delete it. It is useful to know if I have missed a call by looking at that icon. If there is no red dot, I'm up to date. But to…

Call forwarding - Differentiate external/internal calls for forwarding
Currently you only have the option to forward to voicemail, play an announcement, forward to extension or forward to external number for missed calls. This applies to all calls regardless if it's internal or external. It would be great if the system could differentiate between internal & external calls and perform an action against each.E.g. internal calls are played an announcement/engaged tone. External calls are forwarded to a hunt group

Clear Company Contact listed within own extension that don't exist in Account Portal.
Would like to have a company contact cleared/deleted from own extension company contacts that is not listed in the account/portal. This was once a test extension that sync'd but is no longer an extension user.

Hide Contact Center Numbers from Being Used as Caller ID
We have many numbers added to our Contact Center (InContact) and these numbers show up to users as selectable caller ID numbers. It would be very beneficial to hide these numbers from users as alot of the numbers are for different call Q's within our inContact contact center and should not be used for making outbound caller ID's

Allow Custom Wallpaper on Cisco phones
Branding customization should be easily available. We can easily add wallpaper manually, but when the phone re-syncs, the RC wallpaper returns.

Staff want a different ring tone for external calls verses internal calls.
They answer external calls during set hours, but answer internal calls at all times.

Add Company Name Field to RingCentral App
We are using the Windows version of the RingCentral app (version 22.4.34.6382 Windows).On the main call log screen, it shows the Caller's Name that we add on the Contact Card, but it'd be nice if we could also see the Company Name field that is on their contact card.
