Retain and Assign Site to Inventory Numbers
We have many sites that have their own set of purchased and reserved numbers. If we move the numbers to inventory, I don't see a way to assign a "company" number to a site once in inventory. If I assign a spare number to the site it belongs to it shows up as the selected site but loses the site and goes to "Company" when brought back into inventory. Autoreply Text Messages
Description: I wish to send an autoreply to external text messages incoming to a user's phone during non-office hours. (example "Our hours are M-TH 9-4, If you have an after hours urgency please reply with the word URGENT, and we will respond). Is there an app that will facilitate that? (I looked at the autoreply bot, but it seemed more for group messaging within the office, and also did not give instructions in how to install and use).Feel this would be useful for a multitude of users and would make RC much more valuable.

Call Log to only display calls for sites assigned to Admins - and not all Company Calls
Admin Cortenay Colling would like Admin portal Call log, to display calls for her sites only - and not All calls arriving to Company. Per Admin she had this future in the past - but is no longer present

Allow caller to leave voicemail or choose to have a text back to start text communication
Other companies have an option of choosing a text back rather than leave a voicemail, I see this was brought up by other people, will it be rolled out soon? Would rather not have to change providers, but the world is changing to text and we have to change with it.

Extension only people to disable call button
I would like the option as the admin to disable the call button and all call options so stop accidental calls from happening. Then extra charges will not happen for non phone number users. The extension users can use the video calls within the team to be able to communicate via voice and to collab on projects.This feature should pass through to both the mobile app and the web application.

Please fix audit filters so they work
When you filter in the audit table for "Disabled" you also get the "Enables"This is not operating as intended so it is considered broken.The current solution is to download the list into Excel then further filter out the Enables.???

add a delegator role
I'd like a delegator role to be made for people who set up a lot of meetings company wide. such as HR and recruiters. the role would just automatically add the user as a delegate for every employee of the company, or for specific branches like the other roles.

Automatically notify administrator when a soft/system limit is about to be reached
We have a large scale deployment of RingCentral and have hit a few system/soft limits in the past.It would be great if admins could be notified in advance of when a limit is about to be reached. This would allow us to log a request to increase the limit well before we attempt to create a resource and get an error.

Outbound Fax Cover Page Info Profiles
Now that I have two offices in two different US states, I need to be able to select which fax number I'm faxing out from. Each fax number can have its own specific Cover Page Info. To fax out from an email, perhaps I could type either xxxxxxxxxx@rcfax1.com or xxxxxxxxxx@rcfax2.com

Visible Status of other Ring Central Contacts
Being able to see the status of other users would be very beneficial. Even just simple statuses like offline, online, available, away or busy would help enormously. Our old phone system let us see when other users in the system were online, available, in a call already or AFK. This feature is greatly missed by our team, as we will try to transfer calls not knowing if they will be available or not.

Centrally backup SMS/MMS messages in Archiver
I would like the ability to centrally backup/archive SMS and MMS messages for Documentation, Audit, and Compliance purposes (HIPAA) using Archiver. We already have the ability to centrally backup call recordings and messages but not SMS. In Healthcare, there is a need to document SMS consents that are currently being done manually. The sms/mms messages are needed for proof. There is not currently a way to do this according to support and developer support for the APIs

Automatic Replies in Texts
Please consider adding automatic replies for texts, much like we have for voicemails and emails. When I go on vacation, I can set automatic replies so that if someone emails or calls me, they are reminded that I am on vacation. I would like the same functionality for texts. Being able to set up an automatic reply for my text messages that reminds my clients that I am on vacation after they text me would be very beneficial.

Create Teams with Workspaces
It would be great if we could create a team (public or private) add users and then once the team has been created, we have the ability to create Workspaces and sub-workspaces. For instance, I have a subcontractor I want to communicate with in my RC. I create a team titled ABC Subcontractor and then add the users that belong to that team. Under there, I have clients the subcontractor will handle for me so I want to create Workspace for each client. John Doe Workspace, Jane Doe Workspace. Muted Conversation Improvement
The "mute conversation" feature could be improved, as they do not truly mute. I wish a muted conversation did not populate the notification bubble on desktop or mobile apps. In app, the conversation could just be bold instead of populating the unread messages bubble. To me, the notification bubble always signals I need to read a message. Until I'm in the app I can't tell if it's something I really need to address (an unmuted team) or something that I really didn't (a muted team). Fax Footer Settings to add disclosure (on all app resources)
We need the option in the admin portal to add a footer that contains a disclosure. This should be added ASAP. We are a financial institution, the disclosure is very important to our compliance. Please advise.

Send unknown callers to voicemail
It would be extremely helpful to send incoming calls that do not have a phone number, or any callers not listed in company or personal contacts, to be sent directly to voicemail. That way we do not get bothered by spam calls, but if call is legit, we get a notice.

Option to Retrieve Delete Voicemail from Deleted Extension

We need a delete button on the call register. Now, I have to click three times to delete a call from the list.
