This is a MUST, and I need it NOW, I'm in contact with support.Currently Limited extension Phone Ring only 4 time, then hang up.I'm many hundreds of then used in retirement and nursing homes.The Problem is 4 ring(20 seconds), don't Give the Resident time enough to answer the phones.I need more like 1 minute, or Continues Ring with no. announcement. and it's needed NOW.I'm an admin a 3 account, and help manage others

  2. Currently under phone system- groups- paging only select a paging group and go to paging details.If you click on Devices to recieve page and drop down sites there is no search barhoweverIf you go to Users allowed to page and sites the search bar is present

Having the opportunity to automatically message customers with a link for an online form or giving them instant access to information on your website would be a great addition to a callers experience and an immense time saver. Removes the wait time for callers attempting to find a form/ document and time from employees having to walk callers through the process.

  7. We (my entire work team) would like the option to set our chat status to "Away" as well as to add text along with it. Right now, the only options are Available, Not Available and Invisible.

Scenario:Initiate a call from the desktop phone.Flip the call to the mobile app.Flip the call back to the desk phone.The mobile app no longer recognizes that there is an active call and does not offer the "switch the call to this device" option. Close and re-open the mobile app.The mobile once again recognizes that there is an active call and offers the "switch the call to this device" option. The mobile app should be updated to always recognize the active call on the extension, without the need to close and re-open it.

  9. When a call is placed by using the RingOut feature the Call History shows your own name as the call recipient. I didn't call myself! The Call History should not show my name only... it should show the person I called -- even if I use the RingOut feature. This needs to be changed.We opened a support case to report this issue and were told that the system is working as intended. The system should show the person I called -- it should not show my name.   10. I need to disable chat/texting/and video conferencing due to compliance rules (as we are in the financial services industry). Our firm will only be utilizing ringcentral for inbound/outbound calling. This is a requirement of our compliance department in order to use services from ringcentral. Thank you.

As per support case 16076197When users set DnD, if they are also members of a queue, they will continue to recieve notifications/calls from incoming calls routed from a queue.To be truly in DnD mode users have to Turn off "Accept call queues" and then change their status from "Available" to "Do not disturb".
    Please can we request that the status DnD work as expected and not disturb users, regardless of whether they are also queue members.

  14. Is it possible to save a number while on call. To be clear, saving a number from which you are currently on a call. I think it is something that can add efficiency for users to save a number while waiting for the person to pick up the call.

  16. We would create a Team and then create a sub team or team channel. The team will always remain but the channel will come and go based on what projects we are working on. So when I go check on where we are on a particular topic, I don’t have to scroll down and search endless emails to see who did what last on that topic.

  17. our employees do not answer a phone and it goes as missed call. They want to erase their track so that we don't know if they are answering all phone call so they delete the missed phone log or any other call that they feel its to their benefit. We want to have an option to block deleting phone call logs

  20. Hello, when trying to organize busy lamps on our desk phones (VVX450). We would like to leave some empty spaces. For example, we want the busy lamps to appear only on the expansion module and not on the display within the 12 buttons. When I click save, 2 options appear to either leave the empty spaces, or collapse the list. I select Leave Empty, but the list collapses anyway. Can you either fix this or remove the unnecessary step to click either option. It appears to be a flaw in the programming.
