Team Chats in Ring Central should allow the Super Admin to monitor communications to ensure the banks liability is protected. The same way companies have access to employees emails to protect the company

Add Anker device support to headset controls
I have an Anker PowerConf S360 speakerphone. It is detected as a headset. When I press mute on the device, it is muted in RC but when I unmute on the device it does not unmute in RC until I press unmute a second time.

Rate Center Changes
It is confusing to get a number from a different area that reflects that it is local when it is not close the impacted area. For example, the area codes 608 and 715 will reflect that they belong to Green Bay even though they are not, they just happen to neighbor this area. If RC Rate center is not available this will reflect the nearest city and can cause major issues for companies that need to have local numbers appear that way. Add Titles to Recorded Meetings
Currently when looking at your recorded meetings it titles then "Scheduled Meeting" instead of the Meeting name, or a custom name we can title the recording. Having the recording titled with either the meeting name or allowing a custom name will greatly benefit searching recordings. Currently if we wanted to look at a recording from say last week, we have to look at a few recordings to find the correct one.

Fax Word Docs
I was able to fax files with .doc and .docx with .pdf Now, only .pdf's get through. I read there was an update that dropped the .doc extensions. Please bring this back.

Short cut key for Close Window in Desktop App
Maybe its just me and I cant find the option but on my Mac I normally close windows with the shortcut key (command W) but it doesnt work on this app. Just a suggestion!

Add a date/time delay to RingCentral account activation email
The account activation emails expire in 48 hours, so if we create a user account on Friday and send the activation email it will usually expire before the user has a chance to read it, which generates a supoort ticket. If we select send later we need to remember to go back in to send the activation email once the user starts, revisiting the same task twice is inefficent. If we wait to create the account until the user starts this creates delays in updating their phone number in our directory, their texting function doesn't work for a couple of…

Default view of Teams to show membership
We use Teams to show different departments, and their availability to take calls. We would love "Teams" to have an option to default view to "show members" rather than share a file, create a task, or add an app. This would help reception and call transfer-ability.

(Currently, always opens too large and way off screen, so that I am challenged to grab it and get it back to where I can use it and in moving it, it stretches super-wide. It needs better sizing and docking and locking features.)

Allow number search in the dialler to also look in the extension name field
If an extension has been named with a number or code as an identifier that isn't the same as the extension number, then the number or code used in the name is not searchable in the dialler. Entering numbers in the dialler should also look at the extension name field

1st and 3rd, 2nd/4th Saturday/Sunday toggle on/off button please
With a button similar to the attached screenshot, customers can create schedules for automation for opening/closing every OTHER weekend or EVERY other day of the week of their choice. This is a must! Would be helpful not only to your staff, but to customers more importantly. My office is working every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month. 1st and 3rd are off. Park/Assigned Lines on Cordless Phones
We would like to have the ability to access private park lines from a cordless phone (eg, Yealkink W360). The phone iself has a "park" feature built in and also has ability to assign multiple lines, but I'm not able to make these work with our assigned park lines so that they can be accessed easily by the user from the cordless phone interface.

I would like to notifications on my samsung smart watch when I got a call, text, or message.
I like to keep my phone on silent and dont always have it on my person. I end up missing ring phone calls because I dont notice my phone is ringing. It seems like a reasonable request

Bulk Delete of Unassigned Extensions
After bulk delete of user accounts, a pool of unassigned extensions are created. The numbers and licenses are not available for any subsequent bulk user creation because administrators are required to manually click though the delete of each unassigned extension. Manually deleting the unassigned extension is the only way to return the numbers and licenses to the inventory to then be used in any subsequent bulk user creationThis manual process is exceedingly cumbersome for bulk deletes and bulk creates.

Show Presence as Not Available once call is initiated instead of waiting for call to connect
At the moment, if a user picks up their phone to dial a call, either from the desktop application or desk phone, they still show as available until that call connects. It would be most helpful if they showed as Not Available once the call was initiated, so there was not this in-between time from moment of dialing number until all is connected before they show as Not Available.

HUD Ring Desktop Application Active Call - Privacy???
Using the ring desktop applications HUD, a receptionist when looking to see if a user is on the phone can also see who the user is on the phone with (Phone number + Name).HUGE privacy concerns. Why should any user be able to see who the CEO or Human Resources is on the phone with, name + phone number?Howcome access controls are not in place for this?
