Understand that access will need to be temporarily granted for target user/machine that's sharing; however, maybe there's a good way to make it temporary - so long as a user in "RC Remote Control" group is the admin taking control.

Add the ability to use "Presence" option on service.ringcentral.com to add Paging Only extensions to hard phone DSS keys (Yealink T46S)
Currently, we are able to use the “Presence” option within RingCentral to configure our T46S DSSKeys to one touch for our Park Locations. Rather than trying to set up a URL configuration that is specific to each location, we wanted to see if we would be able to use the “Presence” option to add our Paging locations. As of now, we can only use the “Presence” feature for Park Locations or other Users. If Paging lines can also be included as an option within that menu, we would be able to configure the phones much easier, albeit still manually. Ideally,…

Folders for the "Text" or SMS messaging tab on the Ring Central Desktop App
Hello! I text/sms people on a daily basis for my job. Sorting through the long list or searching in the search tab can be quite tedious.The feature is already in the "Message" tab. In the Message tab you're able to create a new folder (see Ring1 image or click me), name it whatever you want, move it up and down the list as you please, color code it to your liking and add things in it. [Call Queue] More Roles with Granularity
Would be great to get more roles on giving access to Call Queues options.Actually, only 3 (Messages / Full Access / Member management).Call History is only available for the Full Access role, giving also Configuration access.A new role, for "Messages + CQ Call Logs" might be interesting. Interaction w/ IVR Allows Callers to Remain
We are a major restaurant chain who relies on customers calling our restaurants to place orders, reservations and ask general questions of our store staff. During peak hours, sometimes our staff is not able to answer the phone within the desired amount of time and therefore we ask our customers (within the IVR) if they would like to remain on hold - press 1 and if not, hang up or the call hangs up. Forward a voicemail to another extension
Many times a user receives a voicemail and want to forward it to another user to handle. We cannot receive voicemails via email, so forwarding a voicemail to another extension is a highly valuable feature. This allows the person who received the voicemail to forward it and add additional info to the next recipient without having to write it down and give it to the other person.

Opera Browser support
I know a group of individuals within my organization that use Opera as their main browser. However, I have found that when I choose to join a ring central meeting in my browser I am presented with an error as Opera is not supported. I know Opera maybe doesn't have as large a market share as Chrome or Edge, but I would love to see Opera support moving forward.

I understand we have a gap-filler with textel, however, having this native to our solution would benefit countless customers. New account password
When creating a new account and setting a password I created a strong password and get Green Checkmarks that it fits requirements, but the account does not get created because of an illegal special character. PLEASE state what special characters CAN NOT BE USED!

Allow Dialpad to open in standalone window that can be moved outside of the app.
Allowing the dialpad window to move outside the app would allow a user to make calls easily without having to utilize as many computer resources and screen real estate. The app will already open a standalone window when a call is received, so it just makes sense to be able to send an outbound call in a similar manner.

Set Permissions for creating team channels
Right now, anyone on our team can create a team channel. This had proven to be very ineffective, a distraction and just super cluttered for all users. I would love to see only admins be able to create team channels. Thank you!!!
