  1. It would be great if we could customize our client to our liking, similar to how code editors allow you to use community uploaded themes in the marketplace. This would allow users to add their favorite styles to our app and promote them in the App Gallery. The current Jupiter themes are limited and lack color creativity. Allowing us to create our own themes would be amazing! To achieve this goal, we would need to create a framework that allows users to update the colors on the fly.

  4. Testing the Mitel 480G phone enrolled with RingCentral.With Mitel, the top bar on the home screen shows the user's extension. It does not with the RingCentral firmware. It is handy to see that at a glance.

  5. I'm testing with the Mitel 480G enrolled in RingCentral.Found that I can start but can't end a call with the speakerphone button. I need to press the Line button.This functionality exists on the Polycom phones.

  6. This is not a customer request rather feedback on the app. We introduced the ability "New Phone experience" to reduce width of your phone window but requires you to manually move your windows size. Would be very helpful if there's a compact vs full view shortcut key.

  7. One thing we can no longer do is upload recordings for voicemails. When recording on the Service Portal with a headset, the recording sounds "windy". When using the cell phone the recording is good, but we have to access the portal on the internet. The mobile site is not user friendly.

  8. This is a feature request from one of the users to have a template or bulk request to add a number in the blocked calls option in the admin portal. Currently, if want to block a number you need to input the number one by one. Hopefully this feature will be added on the admin portal

For Now, we can block via super admin and it would automatically add to all extensions.Can we have an interface where we could add/remove blocked numbers and select which extension it will be applied to rather than clicking each user and blocking the same number.It would also be better if we can add multiple numbers at the same time rather than inputting them one by one.This would really be a big help and easier to manage spam call and texts even clients that request to be removed from being contacted

With turnover happening I "recycle" extensions that are already in use as to not have pay to add a new user every time we have someone leave, especially considering the extension is already set up. The only problem with this is that Joe Smith now has Jane Doe's voicemails and text messages. You should give the admin the ability to clear a users history so it can be reused for a new hire filling in a vacated role.

  14. We have Ringcentral account based in US. Currently, users outside US need a Standard International dialing role just to dial/call local within its location (outside of location where account is based) because if we assign Standard dialing role, the user won't be able to dial/call externally but can ONLY call within RingCentral.

  17. The announcement is disruptive to the call. I would like to be able to configure controls to allow, disallow, or change the recording mute announcement. I would like to do this on either only the other end, or both ends of the call.

  18. We are looking for a change log in RC. We are needing to see what was deleted or changed, etc. We are aware of the audit trail but we need a change log of any changes made on the account, for example, changes on extensions information or roles, along with anything deleted or modified in the logs.

  20. Currently only Key 3 onwards can be changed, however where users are working with lower end Poly phones such as the VVX150, there are only 2 keys and both are reserved for the extension line.Please can we make Key 2 programmable for other extensions or pickup groups?
