Even dispatchers need a lunch break.Currently if an extension is assigned to a Pickup Member for a call queue, notifications that a call is available to be picked up still occur when the ext is set to DND. There is no way to silence the notification in the RC App and the only solution offered is to log out.

  4. Just had a use case, where an employee was trying to find someone in a dept to call, but there isn't an easy way to see who's working. Right now you'd have to start a conversation with each person, or click each person in the company contacts to view the status in their profile. It would make things a lot easier to have this presence state visible in the list view. Bonus if the company contacts could be sorted/grouped by dept.

  5. It would be great if a feature was available for during phone calls where you could read subtitles of what the other person is saying. For people who are visual and read lips, it would be really helpful to have that added support. Please let me know if something becomes available!

  7. We will register the customer's number. Once registered to the main account. The customer will be able to call the main number. If not registered they'll not be able to call the main number.

  8. our account manager provides us with a graph that shows Toll-Free vs Local calls, this is very helpful information. It would be nice to have this accessible at the customer level, it would allow for quicker access so that we do not have to wait for a reply from the account team.

  9. Allow call FORWARDING (not TRANSFER) from one soft endpoint to another. The older Ring Central Phone app had this. The new Ring Central Desktop app does not. Removing existing features from a new product seems counter-intuitive.

  10. Customer does not want automatic call recording prompt to play when transferring or parking calls. By design, we treat each leg of the call individually which is why the recording prompt plays when calls are transferred or picked back up from a park location. Ideally, with this feature this wouldn't happen when the call was already being recorded on the first leg so that the caller does not have to hear the prompt play again whenever transferred.

  12. This would be very useful to any place that has a group of people to answer phones. For example we have 5 people that can answer anytime someone calls our office. 2 of those people only do it if others are gone from work, so it would be nice for it to not ring their phones unless they are filling in for the others. I was thinking maybe there would be a way to create a button or something to where they could mute/hop out of the call group so they dont have to hear their phones ringing all day.…

  13. Can we have the option to set up a user without a license or digital line to be able to monitor calls? The user does not need to make and receive calls. The sole purpose is to just monitor calls of other users.

  14. this is currently not a feature for ring central for any of the ring central product lines. I work in an outpatient community clinic . it would be very helpful so that clients are aware when they text if provider is away from office or off work. this way they don't have to wait for response and be able to contact someone else for faster service. please update me if this is possible in the future. thanks!

  15. The accept and end call buttons on headsets don't work with the mobile app. These also don't work with a car Bluetooth connection making hands free operation impossible

  17. I would like to be able to give access to my users so that they can reset their PIN or make changes that are allowed within User Details of their extension while simultaneously blocking fields of my choice within that extension.

  19. Customers receive email notifications from RingCentral requesting that Users change their Passwords, PINs and Security Questions. Unfortunately, there is not currently a method where Super Admins (or similar) can force these Password, PIN and Security Question "resets" upon their Users.

  20. We have new Yealink T57W Prime Business Phoneand we cannot make them display that there are new messages waiting. Ideally I would like to have displayed how many new messages are left in the voicemail and how many messages have been checked/heard. Can anyone suggest a solution?
