  1. Please consider adding automatic replies for texts, much like we have for voicemails and emails. When I go on vacation, I can set automatic replies so that if someone emails or calls me, they are reminded that I am on vacation. I would like the same functionality for texts. Being able to set up an automatic reply for my text messages that reminds my clients that I am on vacation after they text me would be very beneficial.

  2. It would be great if we could create a team (public or private) add users and then once the team has been created, we have the ability to create Workspaces and sub-workspaces. For instance, I have a subcontractor I want to communicate with in my RC. I create a team titled ABC Subcontractor and then add the users that belong to that team. Under there, I have clients the subcontractor will handle for me so I want to create Workspace for each client. John Doe Workspace, Jane Doe Workspace.   3. The "mute conversation" feature could be improved, as they do not truly mute. I wish a muted conversation did not populate the notification bubble on desktop or mobile apps. In app, the conversation could just be bold instead of populating the unread messages bubble. To me, the notification bubble always signals I need to read a message. Until I'm in the app I can't tell if it's something I really need to address (an unmuted team) or something that I really didn't (a muted team).   4. We need the option in the admin portal to add a footer that contains a disclosure. This should be added ASAP. We are a financial institution, the disclosure is very important to our compliance. Please advise.

  5. It would be extremely helpful to send incoming calls that do not have a phone number, or any callers not listed in company or personal contacts, to be sent directly to voicemail. That way we do not get bothered by spam calls, but if call is legit, we get a notice.

  9. I have an Anker PowerConf S360 speakerphone. It is detected as a headset. When I press mute on the device, it is muted in RC but when I unmute on the device it does not unmute in RC until I press unmute a second time.

  10. It is confusing to get a number from a different area that reflects that it is local when it is not close the impacted area. For example, the area codes 608 and 715 will reflect that they belong to Green Bay even though they are not, they just happen to neighbor this area. If RC Rate center is not available this will reflect the nearest city and can cause major issues for companies that need to have local numbers appear that way.   11. Currently when looking at your recorded meetings it titles then "Scheduled Meeting" instead of the Meeting name, or a custom name we can title the recording. Having the recording titled with either the meeting name or allowing a custom name will greatly benefit searching recordings. Currently if we wanted to look at a recording from say last week, we have to look at a few recordings to find the correct one.

  12. I was able to fax files with .doc and .docx with .pdf Now, only .pdf's get through. I read there was an update that dropped the .doc extensions. Please bring this back.

  14. Maybe its just me and I cant find the option but on my Mac I normally close windows with the shortcut key (command W) but it doesnt work on this app. Just a suggestion!

The account activation emails expire in 48 hours, so if we create a user account on Friday and send the activation email it will usually expire before the user has a chance to read it, which generates a supoort ticket. If we select send later we need to remember to go back in to send the activation email once the user starts, revisiting the same task twice is inefficent.   17. We use Teams to show different departments, and their availability to take calls. We would love "Teams" to have an option to default view to "show members" rather than share a file, create a task, or add an app. This would help reception and call transfer-ability.

  18. ...r screens.. Window docking and window sizing needs to be improved. Be able to lock the app window to a specific size and be able to lock the app window and/or dock the app window to a specific position on one of our screens. (Currently, always opens too large and way off screen, so that I am challenged to grab it and get it back to where I can use it and in moving it, it stretches super-wide. It needs better sizing and docking and locking features.)

  19. If an extension has been named with a number or code as an identifier that isn't the same as the extension number, then the number or code used in the name is not searchable in the dialler. Entering numbers in the dialler should also look at the extension name field

  20. With a button similar to the attached screenshot, customers can create schedules for automation for opening/closing every OTHER weekend or EVERY other day of the week of their choice. This is a must! Would be helpful not only to your staff, but to customers more importantly. My office is working every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month. 1st and 3rd are off.
