  1. When an account is deleted there should be a 15 day data retention policy in place in case of mistaken deletion, or for auditing purposes.

  4. When sending a fax through the RC app there is only an option for the sender's fax number, cover page, note and attachment. There isn't an option for the recipient's To, Company and Phone. If you want to add this info you need to add it to the Notes section at the bottom of the cover page which doesn't look as professional.

  5. All users of RingCentral App for desktop would benefit. Include the ability to forward a voice mail message to another user on the system. Current options only allow download but no forward. The option exists in the call log on the web to forward but not in the app.

  6. We need a way for our receptionists to use the RingCentral App to monitor and answer calls for their department directors. This is only available using the RingCentral Phone however the rest of our institution is using the RingCentral App for desktop(glip).

  13. When assigning a phone number to a Hot Desk phone, it auto assigns an available number. It would be nice to be able to select the area code instead of being assigned a random number in a different State.

  14. I would like to have a notes/description field added to each user extension in service web that will allow any admin to make notes on the user. This should be visible to only user admins. For example, notes on why settings have been configured a certain way.

  16. It would be nice to have the Job Title field added to the list of fields able to be added as a column in the User List in service web. Also add the Job Title field to the filter so I can filter by all users with the same job title.

  17. Add the ability to configure specific numbers that would override the Do Not Disturb setting. Use case is for someone who is on call after hours for emergencies, who may want to set RingCentral to Do Not Disturb for general calls and messages but still needs to receive calls that are coming from the emergency dispatch number. Similar to what iPhone currently has where you can set the ability for a number to still come through as a call when your phone is in Do Not Disturb mode.

  18. There should not be a limit of 60 text message lines on the desktop when the phone app is not limited. They should match for seamless transition at any time. This is a very annoying but simple problem to fix.

Option to keep the Sites filter in place when editing multiple phones.Every time I need to change multiple phones and select a Site filter, when I'm finished and click the "Back" button, it brings me back to the list of user phones but clears the filter. It makes it difficult when updating several phones in the same site and I have to re-select the site in the filter drop down list every single time.

  20. Currently when trying to configure presence on a phone, you have to click on each button, search for the extension and then assign it. This is a time consuming task if you have multiple extensions to add. I would like to be able to add multiple extensions at once and then be able to drag and drop the order.
