  2. For example, if I'm in a meeting, I would still like to be notified of an incoming call, I just don't want to hear the audio ring. Some people if they're in a meeting or another call want to automatically send the call to voicemail. Having customization options like these helps users manage their workflow the way they want. This is especially helpful for users like managers who are in a lot of meetings and get a lot of calls. Ideally these settings would be either in the RC app or in the online account.

  6. Hi,There should be some sort of auto generated reference number on sent fax from which it can be tracked.When sent multiple faxes to some client and we need to point to one specific in it, there is no easy way.

  9. I have a client that needs to use this feature for tornado warnings, tornado drills, fire drills, mass alerts to the company. They have 75 devices on hand in various rooms throughout the facility and need to be able to page all of them to alert individuals in the building of an emergency.

  10. I like to get notifications for text but I wish there was a way to turn off the notification for miss calls. I know you can go to the phone setting and turn off all Ring Central notifications but that doesn't help because then that would turn off text notifications. Thank you!

  13. Hi, Please allow Admins to upload a Custom Cover Page on behalf of users and not limit it via the RingCentral Phone app. It will be great if there is an added functionality in the online portal where we could upload the cover page directly.

  14. I would like to have shortcode messaging enable into the accounts, I have other platforms that send me text messages through shortcode numbers and I need to be able to reply to it so I can keep up my daily work

  16. We are global. With groups using Glip for notification, everyone in the group is notified for new postings. With a group in (Germany, France, Netherlands, India) the folks in the group receive notifications throughout the night, even when based in the US. It would be GREAT to have the ability to restrict sounds to hours based on your local time zone: eg No sound notificatiosn from 11:30 Pm to 6:30 AM etc. They could turn them off before going to bed and back on in the morning, but a set it and forget it would be a material improvement.   17. It's really annoying to not actually be able to decline a call when we are given the option to deny a call by pressing 2. Sometimes we need it to just go to voicemail and call them back at a more convenient time.

Useful for Cloudflare inbound Sales call routing to auto adjust hours in the Main IVR Custom rules for each of our 3 world regionsFor PST -> PDT and PDT->PST changes we have to manually adjust the working hours for UK and Singapore (APAC and EMEA regions)Ideally there could be a second and third option for Date/time in custom rules under the Main IVR to allow it to toggle at a user defined date/time to match regional Daylight Savings Time adjustments for each region.I'm happy to demonstrate as it will save me having to create multiple rules for the same region…
