  1. It would be extremely useful to be able to disable an associate from removing themselves from taking queue calls. As you can imagine, if an employee chooses they no longer want to take calls but their supervisor did not approve it. They could stop taking calls without the supervisor ever knowing (Not good for anyone). This also requires additional reporting. We also have an extra step of pulling a report to see which associates took themselves off of queue calls every day (Not efficient). I believe it would be helpful to be able to exclude that feature through roles whether…

  2. Example: a user leaves a company but they want to retain their conversation history and still have the ability to communicate with other agents in their former company. Looking for a way for admins to convert users from agents to guests. This would allow the user extension to be deleted from the account but not delete the users history and still allow them to use the product with just Guest features.

  3. Currently chat posts have to be fetched for each conversation. This takes a lot of time, and becomes even slower when behind a request queue to avoid rate-limiting issues.Please add support for batch requests for GetPosts, as well as any other endpoints that make sense to do so.

  5. When a call is coming in, there is no ability to forward/transfer said call to another extension to answer. There is only a button for sending to voicemail or answering. I want to be able to send the call to my assistant without having to answer it, put on hold, and transfer.

  7. If a user is in an appointment, away for an extended period, or on lunch, it would be helpful to forward the calls to a receptionist. Currently the call forwarding feature can only be enabled during specific times. It would be helpful to allow the user to enable call forwarding by changing their status to "do not disturb" or adding a new "call forwarding" status. That way it can be easily enabled when they know they will be away.

  9. This would allow for parents and students who send a text message after hours or on weekends to receive a message back that I am unavailable. This prevents students and parents feeling "ghosted" when they send a message after hours.

  10. I often refer back to past chats with colleagues and it is very difficult to scroll through the messages with precision using the app (Windows version). First of all, unless I am in tablet mode, it is very hard to grab the scroll handle so you can scroll backwards and forwards. It is never where you left it either. If I move my cursor away from the app and immediately back into it, even if there were no new messages introduced in that split second, the scroll handle would move back up higher on the vertical scroll control.Second, when you…

  11. Robocalls are coming into our toll-free numbers in high volume and incurring daily charges to our account. There should at least be a filter on calls coming to toll-free numbers which will determine if they are valid calls or not.

  12. For our very large remote based sales and technician employees, having RingCentral work with Google Assistant would provide us with much more adoption in RingCentral across our organization. At this time, Google Assistant will not place calls via RingCentral.

  13. This is just feedback - I know they website has been going through changes. The changes make the processing on the site VERY slow. It takes over 5 minutes to just log in each time. Admins have to access the website so the speed of the app does not help unfortunately

  14. Customer is looking for the option to Separate Messages and Notification in User Settings when Creating Custom Role. Customer want their end users have access to the Message > for custom voicemail greeting but disable access to the notification.

It would be helpful to have the classic feature of being able to have group conversations as their own category (like favorites, teams and direct messages) and to be able to change the order of those categories: I really would like to see direct messages on the bottom of the list and not teams since it is the longest.

  20. Having the option to toggle the Ring on/off Presence for each line you want to ring, and toggle ring option off for lines you want to just monitor is a traditional PBX feature and would be ideal enhancement to RC for user controls
