Is there a way that we can have the fax subject line appear in the FAILED fax transmission receipt ? Reason being, when we receive the failed to transmit receipts, it only indicates the time sent, which is not the exact same time of the email showing in the sent box. Sometimes, we are sending multiple faxes during that 1 minute and sometimes to the exact same fax number, however, only 1 fax will fail. There is no clear way to identify which fax has failed. Recovery or Holding of Deleted Extensions and Data
Extensions and user accounts should not be instantly purged and deleted. All messages and voicemails must be able to be recovered if accounts are accidently deleted. Just like numbers removed from an account. Extensions and the data tied to the user should have a waiting period before being permanently deleted from the system.

Add Home Screen with Favorites or HUD to Android and iOS app
currently when I want to call a co-worker from the Android/iOS app I have to either memorize their extension, search their name in our company contacts, or scroll through the company contacts to find them.Adding a Home Screen or even the HUD from the desktop app would allow me to call my most commonly contacted people without taking the extra steps of finding them.

Add captions for phonecall
Captioning for RC video is wonderful for those of us with hearing deficiencies. It would be great if the desktop and or mobile app extrended that same technology

Automatically Remove Users from Queue when "Away/Offline/Invisible"
If a user leaves the office and is away from their desk, they'll still rotate within the call queue. Invisible users should be treated the same as "do not disturb", so that if a user leaves for an extended period of time without disabling "queue calls", they won't negatively disrupt/impact the queue.

Allow the incoming call blocking feature to message only extensions
Build in the block a callers number in a message only extension like it is in a full user account for those message only numbers built as fax numbers.

much larger video file limit in SMS
We are sending texts to our clients all the time. To personalize this, we sometimes like to instead send them a little video in which we thank them in person, introduce the company, etc etc, different themes in different videos. With just 1.5 MB limit per video in SMS, this is impossible. It would be an absolute awesome addition to our client approach and make us stand out to competition as well.

A separate storage for Voicemail messages and fax message
I want to have separate storage for voicemail messages and a separate one for fax. That way I can select a different extension for voicemail messages and a different one for fax messages.

Kanban for tasks
Kanban (To-Do, Doing, Done or more) view option for tasks, making it easier to follow and manage. Quite like Trello but all in one app. That would be awsome!

Changing Prompt repeats
I would appreciate if I were able to edit how many time the IVR menu prompt plays on the line. Right now its 3 times, no one listens to a prompt 3 times.

Task Categories Missing in New RC Version
We are not able to see our task categories in this upgraded RC version. This makes it much less functional for us as categories were a good way to segment our tasks rather than having everything jumbled.Thanks.

Listen to the entire Message/Prompt before selection
Is there a way to make callers, listen to the entire message/prompts before they can make a selection? Currently, they can interrupt the prompts by pressing a number. We do NOT want them to be able to interrupt the prompts. This will make them listen to the entire message.

Recordings Location
Currently the only way to change your location of where your video recording is stored is to do it through the RC Meetings app. Since the RC app is supposedly a combination of all the Ringcentral apps, it simply does make sense that this feature is only available on the RC Meetings app and not the original RC app.

Support for group SMS
When we send an SMS to a group via Google Voice, or just via a mobile number, RingCentral receives texts not in group chats, but in direct messages from the sender. So when someone sends a text to a group - then Ringcentral will receive SMS in a group chat.

Option for fax image to be attached to email notification of successful fax.
The pdf of the sent faxes have the information showing fax number time sent, etc. and are good proof of a timely fax. You can get it by downloading it from the app, but it would be nice if you had the option to just have the pdf images attached to the email notifications of a successful fax. Not only would it save steps, but you could easily send just the RingCentral email as proof of the successful fax to clients for their files, etc.

allow call queue managers to block calls from nuisance numbers to their call queue
I know this can be achieved using custom rules but most users aren't comfortable using them, a simple block list would be wonderful

Download Voicemail Recordings from Admin Portal
I need to be able to download voicemail recordings from different users from the admin portal. It is time consuming to have to login to each individual user to access these recordings.

Add start Audio Conference to the RingCentral Unified App from RingCentral Phone App
The RingCentral Phone app has a button where you can start an Audio Conference. It would be very useful if this button/feature were added to the RingCentral Unified app.It would also be useful to be able to manage the Audio Conference directly from the RingCentral Unified App. The admin can control the audio conference by being able to mute the callers or disconnect the caller from within the app.Would also be great if you can transfer a call into a audio conference as well and then add additional calls into the audio conference.
