  1. Notification alert when a certain number or number series becomes availableThere are times that a specific number series or area code is not available to add to the RingCentral system. Hope there's a way to tag a certain number's availability and notify customers once available without a need to reach support. This is to save time in reaching customer support while waiting for the number to become available.

  3. Currently, in ServiceWeb there is no information about customer credits remaining, especially within the Billing section. This typically results in the customer contacting the accounts team, which then raises a billing case to identify the outstanding credits. Customers also receive credit memos that indicate their credit balance, however, this isn't updated in real-time. Some form of a count of 'credits' remaining can incentivize customers to run short POC's to implement new projects without needing to raise separate funds from the business.

  4. There already exists a notification for SMS usage which warns the customer that they have reached 90% of the monthly SMS allocation. The concern is that most products/services offered don't alert admins that they are trending toward overages, and instead simply charge the overages to the account.

     

    The ask is to create alerts/notifications for all items that could potentially trend toward overages being charged. Ideally, there would be a way to manage these notifications such as:

    Specify who will receive billing alerts
    Whether these alerts come in via SMS or Email
    Control over notification thresholds (ex. For X product,…

  5. Currently, only the Corporate Directory is automatically integrated with the RingCentral account's Company directory. There should also be a way where the Contact Directory can be automatically integrated with the RingCentral account's Company directory as well, rather than having the users manually add in their contacts locally on the device.This would greatly benefit users because it'll save them from having to manually enter in each contact

  10. Users are not aware that CNAM does not work on all end-point especially a mobile phone.Users could have been prompted on initial login and link them to the article number 11592. This should help correct the users expectation regarding the CNAM.

  11. Our customer would like to synchronize his iCloud contacts to the RingCentral desktop app. A work around was provided to download customer VCF then convert to a CSV file then upload it to the service web.

  13. Glip’s options for recurring tasks and events are far too limited for real-world productivity. We need options that allow intervals like - recur every # of weeks and recur on the last Friday of the month. Basically, look at how Google calendar offers recurring events and copy it!

  16. It would be a great add in Service Web or via Billing team to have the possiblity to bill each cost centers independantly. Right now invoices are made per account and companies have to ventilate on their own with the detail from this invoice.

  18. Having the option to toggle the Ring on/off Presence for each line you want to ring, and toggle ring option off for lines you want to just monitor is a traditional PBX feature and would be ideal enhancement to RC for user controls

  20. Have had many users ask about this as they often miss opening portion of calls they are monitoring because they try to connect with *80 and are told the call hasnt connected yet. They try again and find out they missed the introductions etc. Was advised by support today that this is not a current feature and to suggest it here.Thank you.
