Ability to set fax recipient like in a custom rule
Like when I'm having a vacation, i want to set who's gonna receive the faxes in my company for a specific time and date. for example im out of office every wed and fri, I can set a custom rule where all of the faxes in my company will redirect to another extension only for that specific day.

Using an app on another device should cancel cell phone notifications
My cell phone rings when I get a call even when I'm actively using my computer and when I answer a text on the computer, the push notification remains in the notification list on my phone. I would like for my phone to only be used for notifications if I've been idle on my computer for a while (and the idle time should be customizable) and for the push notifications to be automatically removed once I've seen them on my computer.

Restrict users from changing the profile picture
As a business we need to have a common profile picture for all users, but currently as an admin we don't have the access to restrict the users from changing their profile picture. We could see a lot of users using personal pictures and other in-appropriate pictures, it would be useful if you could include the option to restrict user from changing profile picture.

Hi there,I don't know why, but the current system only allow for 1 specific audio when interrupting.This is very limitating. Add the ability to use "Presence" option on service.ringcentral.com to add Paging Only extensions to hard phone DSS keys (Yealink T46S)
Currently, we are able to use the “Presence” option within RingCentral to configure our T46S DSSKeys to one touch for our Park Locations. Rather than trying to set up a URL configuration that is specific to each location, we wanted to see if we would be able to use the “Presence” option to add our Paging locations. As of now, we can only use the “Presence” feature for Park Locations or other Users. Muted Conversation Improvement
The "mute conversation" feature could be improved, as they do not truly mute. I wish a muted conversation did not populate the notification bubble on desktop or mobile apps. In app, the conversation could just be bold instead of populating the unread messages bubble. To me, the notification bubble always signals I need to read a message. Until I'm in the app I can't tell if it's something I really need to address (an unmuted team) or something that I really didn't (a muted team). Increase Number of Allowed Recordings
Increase Number of Allowed Recordings The current number of recordings stored by RingCentral per account is 100,000. This should not be the case for bigger companies. They should have the ability to opt for larger bandwitdth of recordings that RingCentral can keep and not just through the Archiver.

Display Desktop Notification Until Acknowledged
We would like to be able to set desktop notifications to display until acknowledged, so that we do not miss any notifications for incoming messages, missed calls, or voicemails. At this point in time, the Windows notification settings dictate how long the message window is displayed, with a max time of 5 minutes, which still can easily get missed.

The Share status button should not be tied to Message Tab Shown in Main Navigation permission. Instant messaging and your availability are not the same thing.

SMS not supported notification
Looking for an option to notify the sender that SMS is not supported.SMS seems to be showing "sent" to the sender. even the customer's SMS is not enabled/supported yet. is seems that SMS from clients was ignored.

RingCentral Call Queue Should Receive All Text Messages, Calls, Faxes, Emails, Etc.
This is to better the customer experience. If you are assigned to the call queue, there shoul be 1 communication channel for all customers helped in that call queue so nothing is dropped during the customer experience.

Grouping Contacts within RingCentral App
There needs to be an option to group contacts within the RingCentral app. This allows users to send specified texts to the contacts in the group, instead of just creating a group text. The groups can be labeled to better organize the conversations.

Include the voicemail greeting to automatic call recording or the voicemail left
. We want a feature wherein the voicemail greeting that the caller heard on the call or before they left a voicemail should be included on the actual voicemail left. If the automatic call recording is turned on, we need the actual voicemail greeting that the caller heard to be included on it.

Make rules easier to use
Change the way you enter the date and time within a custom rule. Rather than a scroll wheel and date picker, allow us to manually write the date and time. I think this would save a lot of time when having to apply the rule to more than one call queue. Or, allow a 'super rule' that when turned on applies to multiple call queues of your choosing.
