  3. We encounter a problem where our main extension isn't following the correct call forwarding that was set up on the user extension. Tech rep fixed the issue by recreating the extension itself. The issue is when the newly created extension doesn't have the SMS content that we originally had on the corrupted extension and I found out that there's no way to transfer the SMS from one corrupted extension to the new recreated one other than manually forwarding it.   7. AE Commentary: "I wanted to confirm on the anticipated product roadmap to enhance shared lined functionality to support cordless. As mentioned, Lamps Plus is requesting this capability since having cordless phones in their stores is invaluable. They cannot operate using RingGroups with extensions since this prevents them from having a complete call recording when inbound calls are parked temporary and retrieved from any phone.

  8. The request is to add something like a recycle bin where delete numbers can sit for ~30 days before they get wiped from the account. Admins have to do a lot of moves, adds, changes, deletes and there is a chance that they might delete a DID by accident. There is no undo button when a number has been quickly and accidentally deleted. Phone numbers in the Recycle Bin should still have the last DID name it was assigned. Customer is a hotelier and do not want any of their onsite users to "accidentally" place themselves (or shared devices) into DND, as this would prevent incoming calls (business) coming into the location. Blind/cold transfers use the ANI and Caller ID of the person performing the transfer.Impact: The person receiving the blind/cold forward is unaware that the call is a forward.
