  1. Customer wants to disable/deselect/turn off the reading pane/Text sms, just like when you go to the Unread messages. On the SMS box it should be showing like a blank page and it should still show the number of the sender of the SMS.

  3. There is currently no way to simply import user info for existing users. For example, if I want to update the department or title for users, I cannot do that with a simple import. Please add this functionality.

  7. Hi. Our customer is suggesting that we should have an option to disable/enable the call waiting in our RingCentral application. This is specific for direct calls. So if a user is already engaged on the call, we can disable the call waiting to prevent another call to be connected to the user who is already engaged, and the call should be connected to the call queue or third party number. We can imagine that call waiting may be kinda annoying to some users as their app will be ringing while already on a call.

  10. Some of our users only use a portion of the external shared contacts directory that we have applied for all the users (different departments use different contacts.) They would like to be able to add from the external shared contacts directory to their personal quick contacts .

  12. My users began getting flooded with spam and robo calls and voicemails starting the week we moved to RingCentral from our old ShoreTel system with AT&T as a carrier. It is so bad that it feels like someone sold our number to spammers. I'm not sure if AT&T was doing something different to screen these calls, but I hope RingCentral can take global actions to fix this. I contacted RingCentral's friendly Tech Support and while they empathized with my concern, the best available fixes were to block 800- and toll-free numbers, to block calls without a caller ID, and to…

  15. It would be great if we could customise how the sync presence between Microsoft teams and Ringcentral works. At the moment you are locked into a state whereby anything other than 'Do Not Disturb' in Microsoft teams still allows incoming calls to reach your extension number in Ringcentral. I believe it would be nice to customise how the different states in Teams change the states in Ringcentral. For example, setting it so that a busy state in Microsoft teams also changes the Ringcentral state to 'do not disturb'.

  19. Auto dial a list of phone numbers uploaded on their admin portal. Auto dial the number uploaded and if the client didn't answer the call the auto dialer will call the next phone number.
