  2. PCRecruiter is a CRM which doesn't allow us to mass text anymore. Integrating PCR and RingCentral would allow my team to mass text candidates directly within PCR without having to copy/paste phone numbers from one app to the other.

  4. The latest update moved the merge button from the main screen to a location 3 clicks deep. Previous location was more convenient and intuitive. A possible idea/solution would also be to make the button placement customizable based on everyday use and business needs.

  6. I would like to request an enhancement for our meeting scheduling feature. Currently, when scheduling a meeting using "meeting info," the meeting does not appear on the "Upcoming Meetings" tab, making it challenging for users who do not utilize Microsoft or Google calendars.Adding this functionality would greatly improve the user experience by enabling easy tracking of meetings scheduled through "meeting info."Thank you for considering this request.

  8. I generally find that there is a lot of padding around each message, wasting a lot of vertical space on the screen. This padding doesn't seem to decrease when I zoom out, only the font size decreases.

  9. Call Recording Capacity Report- there are calls that are not being recorded and one of the reason is the call recording max capacity 100k for auto call recording. We would like to have a reporting where we can see how full the call recording to avoid having this type of issue.

  10. The ability to set user status is removed when the message tab is hidden from users. Some customers use a different application for internal messaging such as MS Teams but still want to be able to set user status in RC app. Please make it so that the ability to set user status even when the message tab is hidden via custom roles.

  12. Ability to create an extension specifically for Intercom. If the user is using a 4-digit extension, instead of pressing intercom and dialing the 4-digit extension, they should be able to dial at least the last 2 digit of the user's extension for intercom or create an extension specifically for Intercom purposes.

  13. I need ring central to pass the original caller id when transferring currently it passes the caller id from the agent that picked up the call meaning I can't track the calls outside of ring central.

  19. I think it would be super helpful for administrators to have the ability to schedule changes to take place. For example, (basic example) lets say we need add a user to a call queue at a certain time and remove them at a certain time we could schedule a change. This feature could "record" the change and then we can specify when this change would occur based on date and time. This would assist admins so we don't have to remember to do something or mark it on our calendars versus scheduling it on the portal. Also eliminates the scenario…
