Make RingCentral contacts show up when I receive a text to my email
My colleagues receive my emails, meaning they are able to see the texts that RingCentral forwards to my email (in case I'm unavailable or out of the office). The problem with this, is that they only show the person's phone number, and not the contact name in the email. If one of my colleagues wants to email that person back because I am out of the office, they have to manually search through contacts to see who texted me, even though that person is in my contacts. Allow users to send and receive audio files/notes in text
Like with SMS/MMS messaging on smartphones, allow RingCentral users to send audio notes/files as text messages to other phones. Sometimes it is easier to send an audio message for the recipient to be able to hear and replay as needed or it is safer to send an audio message than text (for example when driving). In turn, a better method of listening to audio messages from others is needed.

Call queue call notifications, while busy
The suggestion is to add an option, which allow call queue calls to be notified, even if the user is busy. We have the following example, provided by one of our customers: While on a call with their colleagues, the emplyees are missing external calls, which are more important to them.

Option to Remove Direct Dial
Customer's request: When a caller calls, and dials an extension before/during teh IVR annoucement, the call seems to get forwarded to whatever they dial. Usually it's a 1- or 2- digit queue extension.Management wants to disable direct extension dialing.

Global Wrap Time for Users
Right now RC has a "wrap time" feature which is a great idea! However, it does not work when applied to a user who is extended over many call queues. According to the RC tech support rep I spoke with, wrap time is call queue specific and applies to each queue separately. It would be really nice to be able to create a checklist, or to-do type list in direct messages and teams. Maybe this could be implemented by adding the option for multiple check-boxes on a task?

Allow Dialpad to open in standalone window that can be moved outside of the app.
Allowing the dialpad window to move outside the app would allow a user to make calls easily without having to utilize as many computer resources and screen real estate. The app will already open a standalone window when a call is received, so it just makes sense to be able to send an outbound call in a similar manner.

Login to voicemail only extension from RingCentral app
Need to be able to access our pool-voicemail extension from the RingCentral app. We use a messages-only line for our queue voicemail, which the team access together. We need to be able to access this voicemail line from the RingCentral app.

Autoreply Text Messages
Description: I wish to send an autoreply to external text messages incoming to a user's phone during non-office hours. (example "Our hours are M-TH 9-4, If you have an after hours urgency please reply with the word URGENT, and we will respond). Is there an app that will facilitate that? (I looked at the autoreply bot, but it seemed more for group messaging within the office, and also did not give instructions in how to install and use).Feel this would be useful for a multitude of users and would make RC much more valuable.

Accessing web portal with enabled Anti-virus and Firewall
Hoping that RingCentral will be able to configure the system to work even there is enabled Anti-virus and Firewall. It is quite hassle to disable it from time to time just to access it.

See list of devices the user has logged in to.
Show all the devices that the user has logged into, including the mobile app on a cell phone.

User setting to show current call detail (phone number) or just presence status only in HUD
It would be helpful to have the option to show either the current call detail (the phone number that the agent is talking to) or simply the available/busy presence status only. For Administrators and Managers, the call detail is helpful. But ordinary agents should not see the phone number of who the CEO is talking to on their line.

Add a way to auto-download call/meeting recordings
I had a client that needed to keep many of their call recordings/video meeting recordings for training purposes and while downloading them by hand works they had mentioned that it would be way more of a streamlined process if there was an option to do that automatically much the same way we can do with some of the reports in the Analytics Portal.

Ability to delete video call history in messaging conversation list
All posts can be deleted in the messaging conversation list except video call history. This is obviously an oversight. I do not want my conversation list cluttered with my video call history and I don't want to add an emoji or bookmark them which are the only options.
