  2. Receive 20-30 spam calls requesting to have the feature to block numbers by the last 4 digits since the spam calls are coming from same first 6 digit number. Please see attachment.   3. Need to have a presence indicator on the SMS section on the RingCentral app for desktop, similar to the one in the Messages part, where you can see if the person is available or on call. Hope you can fix it for SMS section.

  4. Ability to remove number from an existing group SMS. Currently, it is not possible to edit the number on the existing group SMS. It would be easy if it will have that option instead of creating a new one. Hope you can consider.

We should be able to get the call details along with the audio download as a zip file that should be an option with the bulk downloadThe columns on the messages pages needs to be re-evaluated for length as the number is cut off but there is a ton of white space after received. It is odd that suspected robocall is left full text but the other numbers are cut off.

Add an option to allow all incoming calls to a call queue to ring to all queue members without taking into account the user status, as it happens with direct calls. This option would allow call members to manage multiple calls without requiring to capture other queue members incoming calls while someone is already in a call.

  16. with previous ring central layout users were able to view time stamp for each received/missed call .with new layout they can only see the date/day .To view timestamp they have to click on the call it self and then it displays the details . Is this something that can be reversed to the way it was ?screenshots attached .

  18. We would like to see an option in the IVR menu to adjust the time it takes to transfer a client to a group when no action is entered. Currently, the system has to play our IVR menu 3 times before transferring. We would like to be able to change that to 1 playthrough.We have experienced issues with clients unable to navigate the IVR menu due to their DTMF tones not being recognized (issue on their end). Most folks are not willing to sit on the line and listen to the same IVR menu 3 times and so they hang…

  20. When you share screens in a video call, there is only a single pencil feature for making hand drawings on the screen. This is very valuable but I really would like more options (colors, thickness, maybe some basic shapes), and also make it so the drawing you make doesn't automatically fade in ~5 seconds. These would all make visual brainstorming much easier!
