  3. Currently, the robocall blocking feature is available to the system mailbox extension only. It would be nice to have users individually have an option to enable/disable this feature.

  5. I take after hours call. Before switching to RingCentral the calls came through a specific number which I had set up as "emergency bypass", allowing my phone to ring even when on Silent. When I go to sleep I do not want my friends to call me and the ringer go off and wake me up but if my patients are calling through ring central I want it to ring and wake me up.   6. Bulk Notification for Voicemail (Voicemail to Text).
    - We are using RingCentral's service only to receive Voicemail Messages from our Client. We would like to have an option to receive Voicemail Notification by bulk not per call. It would help us to get all the details that we need instead of clicking/checking emails per voicemail per call.

  11. Dear RC,Microsoft's support number - where they call you back when you open a ticket with them (and ask them to call you) - is consistently marked as SUSPECTED ROBOCALL. This is certainly not a robocall number and it's (425) 635-2970.Is there a form or an area I can fill out to suggest that it be removed from the list?

  17. Customer is requesting the ability to block incoming faxes that do not have Caller ID. Current system limitation: only available option is Call Screening for “No Caller ID,” which applies to both voice calls and fax traffic. Customer specifically wants fax-only Caller ID filtering without impacting incoming calls.

  18. Client wants an option to receive service status notifications that only affects their account

    • Current Behavior :

    Client receives blast notifications that there is an outage, causing their dashboard to display RingCentral downtime even though it doesn't affect them

  19. Enable the Transfer to Voicemail button when searching for and selecting a Call Queue by name during an active call. Currently, this button is grayed out for queues, forcing users to manually dial extension numbers. This update would allow agents to quickly send callers to a department's voicemail using the same intuitive search-and-click workflow used for individual extensions.
